No star for this nasty and unfriendly business. But I had to hit a star for this to post. I will never come back to this location. Bad carhop service and the management sucks!!! You have to wait to long for your order and then it’s wrong…#%&@ If they keep giving bad service maybe they will close this location and open something else with better customer service. Not Sonic!!!

Slow Slow Slow Slow!!! We came here for slushies everyday. Everyday it took them 15 mins to make them. How is that even possible??? They’ve gotta do better!!!

This is a fast food drive in, not a 5-star dining establishment. I’ve visited this location several times, and have never had a problem. My orders have always been correct, and I always have ATLEAST one product modification, but usually several. My visits are always in the afternoon, often catching happy hour. The food has always been fresh and fully cooked. Today’s trip included a BLT(off menu item available on request). The bacon was cooked to perfection: cooked through, but not to the point of feeling like I was eating tree bark. All of the carhops have been fine, with only one falling a little below the others. She wasn’t rude, nor incompetent. She just seemed really, really down. Still, I asked her to send a drink carrier out with my second order(no need for an unnecessary trip, as they were a little busy), and she actually went ahead and brought one out so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced if the next carhop forgot. My ONLY compliant is pretty minor. The milk shakes are always so thick that they need to sit a little to be able to get it through the straw. I could ask for extra milk, but I’m afraid it would be too much, as everyone interprets«extra» a little differently. The 5 – 10 minute wait is preferable to a runny shake. Is this the quintessential sonic experience? No, but they are leaps and bounds above several nearby options.

I ordered a mini order of mozzarella sticks(2 sticks) extra crispy to ensure the cheese has been melted and food cooked thoroughly since there tends to be issues with competency at This location. When the food was brought out to me, I noticed it wasn’t rung up correctly, so I brought it to the carhops attention. I broke open the mozzarella stick so she could see that it was still thick and not melted inside and the crust was lined in white that was evident the food hadn’t been cooked thoroughly. After 2 remakes incorrectly, I asked for a refund and a manager. 2 more call backs in and 25 minutes later I get the refund and still no manager. Sonic has lost my business forever.
