There are 2 in my area, this one and Whitten/raliegh-Lagrange. No matter which location I got to, they forget food… EVERYTIME. It’s no fail, I’m always missing fries, a sandwich, given the wrong size, the wrong drink… This visit, my son’s happy meal cheeseburger was forgotten. Just completely gone. After being RUSHED through my order(I swear the girl kept cutting me off, and kept asking«you done yet» I ordered 2 hot and spicys, 2 mcdoubles, and the happy meal, which apparently took too long for her… she was moving so fasthat she nearly flung my debit card out of the drive thru window, then at the next window I sat for no less than 8 minutes, watching cars pile up behind me. I was the only carve there when I pulled up! Unacceptable wait! Then I was told halfway thru my wait«you can wait, right?» We’ll what choice do I have, you already have my money! Then to get home and not have all my food(missing my child’s happy meal cheeseburger) is unbelievable.

I believe this McDonald’s is much better than many of the locations in Memphis and Shelby County. I come to this location on Sunday morning when am unable to make it to church. I just love hanging out talking and doing homework in this location. I would recommend this location to others needing a break.

The staff was rude and bad at their jobs. No one was paying attention to or serving customers and they were really slow at serving everyone. I was in the drive through for about 15 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. And it took them another 5 to get me my coffee once I was at the window.

Since my last review was so rudely hidden as not recommended, I will post it again with hopes other customers will run from this location. This place is an absolute joke, an atrocity that can’t even come slightly close to meeting my already sub-par standards for a fast food chain, I have given the McDonald’s on Sycamore View chance, after chance, after chance, but the one and only thing they are ALWAYS consistent on is taking their precious time and screwing up my order. The wait time is absolutely inexcusable, you will wait in line minimum 15 minutes every time, and it does not matter the time of day, if you’re the first car in line or the last. One time I timed myself from the moment I pulled to the drive thru until my food was handed to me, I ordered one burger, that was all, in total I spent 19 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I left, and I was the only person in line! They get my order wrong every damn time, one time I again ordered a burger and fries, I was given two fish sandwiches! I had to wait an additional 10 minutes after already waiting 10 minutes for the wrong order. The customer service here is unacceptable, I don’t expect much from McDonald’s employees on the lines of how they treat customers but you will be lucky if, expect for the person that took your order, says a word to you, consider yourself especially lucky if they make eye contact with you. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel’s back, I work nights and went on a food run for other coworkers and myself, I ordered four double cheese burgers, one with just cheese, pickle, and ketchup, two large fries, and a large coke, everything was right on the screen as well as on the receipt I received. Can you guess how long I waited to get my food? That’s right 15 minutes, the guy working the window reached his hand out and DROPPEDTHEFOODINMYLAP! Then closed the window! He never said a word, I looked in the bag but it was dark out and I’m sure my coworkers didn’t want my hands all over their food and everything seemed to be in order so I left, when I got back to work, I was missing the special order burger, already late coming back I drove up there, waited in line, then waited another 10 minutes to get the burger they forgot to put in my bag, I looked before leaving and of course it was STILL wrong, at this time I was almost half an hour late coming back from my lunch and did not feel like dealing with these incompetent morons any longer, so I left. And these people think they DESERVE to make $ 15 an hour?!

newly renovated and still terrible management and employees. The staff just wants to joke and horseplay rather than taking care of the guests. 99.99% of the McDonalds locations in Memphis honor competitors coupons. apparently this is the 0.01% that do not. don’t go here unless you want rude treatment and unfair business practices.
