Terrible service. After waiting 1.5 hours we called them and all they said was «we’re very busy» and was very rude. I asked to talk to the manager, and, much to my surprise, she said she was the manager. I said I was surprised she was the manager, and she suddenly hung up the phone. I called back to cancel and they were trying to have us not cancel. Finally we did.
They handled the situation terribly. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again.

The quality of pizza has declined so much over the years, I stopped ordering from them. They are close by and generally pretty speedy, but none of that makes up for the fact that the food is hardly edible. I hear that new «higher end» selections will be made available. I’m guessing that means I’m not the only one who’s wanting better quality.
