If there was a way to give zero stars I would, the work out is ok but the customer service is horrible. They are unfriendly, do not explain things well, and are pretty much just trying to take your money. There are so many friendlier and more helpful Memphis fitness businesses I would try to support before ever going here.

My favorite workout ever! I love, love, love this place!!! Everyone is SO friendly! It is also the cleanest workout place I have ever seen. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but it’s well worth it!

I had my first class on Saturday and LOVED it. The girls at the front desk were so sweet and friendly. Great first impression! The class trainer was awesome. She explained everything very well before class started and was so helpful. The class itself was intense and fast paced. You wear a heart rate monitor and you can see your heat rate on big TV screens in the room. I felt like I really got a great workout and left sweating! Loved being able to see my final results on the screen, they even email them to you as well, great way to keep up with your fitness progress. I cant wait to come back again. Highly recommend Orangetheory!
