Fantastic clothing store that Memphis needs. Great staff, too!

Whenever I’m looking for something, this is where I go. Great selection and the owner, Jeremy is a super guy. Everyone in there is very friendly and knowledgable and they carry all the latest styles and trends.

By far one of the best men’s clothing stores I have been to in Memphis. They have quite a bit of select clothes and accessories that are not sold anywhere close to Memphis. I like their retro brand Shirts, especially the Memphis ones. Don’t worry they have Tennessee Vols and Olé Miss shirts for all you traders, ha. If your looking for top quality Men’s clothes, shoes, and accessories this is the place to go! The owner trains dogs as well, hence the pups you will see lounging around the store. The owner Jeremy, is very welcoming and knows his product, quite impressed. When I come back home to visit my family I will definitely be swinging by to check out this place.

This store is aesthetically pleasing and well designed. The clothing and accessories are interesting and cool, and although pricey, the price tags are typical for a boutique store. The female sales clerk was friendly; the male sales clerk was not. The most friendly «staff» were two shepherds and a golden retriever who greeted me with a big bone. The store has a southern vibe to it, but lacks southern hospitality. Crank that up a notch or two, and it’d be just perfect.

I was on an East Memphis mission. That mission was to find a gift for my hubby. He’s not hard to please, which actually makes things a little more challenging. When you know someone that’s happy with anything, you want to give them something unique! I went to Orvis (omg @ the prices!!). I would have gone to oak court mall, but I wasn’t in the mood to get jacked. So my last stop was Baers Den. Immediately I knew I found a place my «easy to please yet far from ordinary» man would love. The prices were a little high, but the quality was on par. I bought him the softest t-​shirt ever, and um, it was a «whataburger» T-​shirt. Where else in Memphis can you find that? Priceless.
The girls working the store were so sweet and helpful. Yes, they were dressed a little scantily (I totally saw a sideboob), but their helpfulness and personality won me over. They even gift wrapped at no extra charge!
Next time I’m shopping for the man in my life, this will be my spot.

Memphis doesn’t have many upscale men’s clothing store. Baer’s Den excellently fills the void. The owner and his staff were extremely helpful while I searched for new jeans and the tailor they use does a superb job. Since opening the new location they have expanded their offering. Not everything is my style but they have a wide offering to fit almost everyone’s needs. If you are looking for a nice jacket or a great pair of designer jeans this should be your first stop.

The Baer’s den is a clothing store masquerading as the ultimate man cave. The shop’s new, larger location is decorated with leather couches, touches of dark wood and brushed metal and plenty of giant animal skins draped over tables. Customers are greeted at the door by a giant, calm golden retriever named Cody.
The atmosphere compliments the shop’s inventory of upscale men’s clothing perfectly. Owner Jeremy Baer has filled the two-​story space with designer jeans, shirts, ultra-​fine knits, shoes and outerwear that you can’t find anywhere else in town. Some of the pieces are a little trendy, but most are fairly classic. Some of the more unique items — like the brown velvet wood grain-​pattern jacket — have the potential to be signature pieces.
I found it a little ironic that when I was there yesterday, all of the customers were women shopping for gifts. It’s a good place for that — the staff is helpful, and they’ve got a good selection of big-​ticket items and smaller, gift-​y things (like belts, bags and hats).
