service is horrible i waited 2 hours for my food ! literally 120 minutes worst ihop restaurant i’ve ever been too

Service was great, food was a different story the scrambled eggs were dripping with butter the sausage wasn’t cooked all the way, the eggs were supposed to be over hard and yolk not broke but it was mixed in with the white and the other order was burnt so either they need real cooks or they just don’t care, they weren’t busy so it really made no sense why the food was the way it was. The group sitting next to us were there before us and didn’t receive their food until after we were almost done. Little of leadership would probably correct this problem. Just saying for spending $ 50 plus for breakfast you can at least get it right.

If you have to be seated in the back on a Sunday morning, I hope are not hungry, it has been 33 minutes since we sat down and still food. This is the second time sitting in this area and having the same slow service both on Sunday mornings.

Last week the family came to this ihop after church. It was the most pleasant ihop experience we have had to date. We had a nice server and courteous service. The food was cooked perfectly and was not overdone… eggs with cheese, hash browns, pancakes and french toast. The entrees we had were the regular french toast, brioche french toast and cheesecake pancakes.
We liked it so much, we came back again this week. Same friendly server, great service, and she even remembered what our daughter ordered last week. The food came out in a reasonable timeframe and it was consistently good.
We came another time and another server and the experience was poor, the food and serving size was not consistent.
The reason I gave 3 stars is because its not as clean as it should be. The women’s bathroom was not clean, the table and seating area was unclean every time (crumbs on seat… food, silverware and dirty napkins underneath table, pancake syrups at the table not replentished and some missing, syrup all over the sign… etc), plus dirty silverware.
Overall we enjoyed the food and experience because of our server. Whenever we decide go to iHop, this is definitely the one we will be coming to.

Went here 1÷1÷12 for breakfast before we left Memphis for our drive home. We were seated promptly, but did not get our server over until after about seven minutes had passed. It took about five more minutes to get our drinks and then we finally ordered. It took about twenty minutes to get our food, as I even remarked for my friends eggs Benedict that even if they made the Hollandaise fresh for the order it only should take ten minutes.
It was packed and I understand that, but in order to have customers come back, the food needs to get out quicker and the silverware needs to be polished better.

This is a good medium-​sized IHOP a short walk from the Marriott. We had an excellent waitress whose name was LaVitta (or something very similar). She was very nice and brought us an excellent meal.
