4 hours. That’s the total amount of time it took for my husband and I to decide on which TV we wanted to buy. Over the span of those 4 hours, we basically dissected every TV on the wall and the floor. Our sales rep, Jay, didn’t bat an eye. He never once made us feel like he was annoyed by our questions. He also didn’t try to pressure into the most expensive model on the floor.
The 4 hours were spent over the course of 2 visits, with the second visit being an exchange because we didn’t like our first model. Jay helped us both times and even though he already made the «sale» the first time, he was just as patient the second time around. The store did not give us any grief over the return and the whole process was easy and stress free.
If you’re in the market for new electronics, check this place out! If you’re looking for a new TV, make sure to ask for Jay!

Biggest holiday Scam! Runaway like plague from HHGregg!
If I can give them 0 stars, I would have done that! I ordered a refrigerator, a washer and dryer and I get a confirmation email from HHGregg confirming my delivery date. I am moving into a new home with a toddler and a baby. So, I wanted my appliances delivered on the planned date, I called them 10 days before my delivery date to confirm my order. HHGregg is very good at testing the patience of customers who call their customer service — they have a nice little game where you wait for the first 30 mins to get to someone, who will just get your order number to put you back on hold again for another 30 mins. I waited patiently until I could confirm my order. A day before delivery, I even got phone calls and emails from them confirming my delivery time. However, on delivery day, I took the day off and waited and waited until I realized that the truck was never going to show up. When I called customer service, the only message I got was «our calls volumes are very high. please call us later! — wow, what great customer service! Maybe they should have a warning message «our call volumes are high. please dont buy from us» Finally, I was able to call the local store and after being put on hold for an hour I spoke with the appliance department manager Ted who finally informs me that the appliances I ordered have been on backorder for more than a month and they do not know when they will receive it. It might be a day, a week or a month… They had no reservations about charging my credit card promptly though… And it took them until I called them on delivery day to figure out that the appliances were on backorder! Its a shame HHGregg calls itself a retailer when they cannot even figure out if they cannot meet their delivery commitment. They dont even want to make an effort to resolve this issue. The best they can do is to put me on hold for ever and then disconnect me! Even worse, I talk to one Ms. Katherine at the HHGregg corporate office and she suggests that maybe I should not have ordered that appliance!!! Wow, so now the stores decide what I should and should not order… Well, I should not have ordered from HHGregg in the first place! This is the last time I purchased anything from HHGregg and I will make sure that I spread this message far and wide to spare others of this misery!

HH Gregg filled my home with a TV, Washer Drier, stove and microwave .I buy most of my house hold big appliances there — They gave me a package deal on what ever I buy and the sales man seem to know what they are saying. unlike some stores who are clueless…

I went there to help my aunt purchase a new TV. The staff was wonderful. They were very professional and helpful. They answered all of our questions with a knowledgeable answer. We were in and out quickly, partly to quick and very professional service. I will be returning in the future.

HH Gregg. Base out of Indy, this fast growing company offer same day delivery on appliances. Great service and selection. They always seem to be competitive on pricing.

I’ve never been to an hhgregg and was pleasantly surprised by this one.
The sale they had was amazing. I bought a washer and dryer for $ 549 each, they normally run $ 900 elsewhere.
I never felt pressured to buy anything and even got a discount on the pedestals. The sales person answered all my questions without being rude or condescending.
We also checked out vacuums and they even let me try it out (Dyson’s are amazing BTW).

H H Gregg is a very nice appliance and electronics place and this location is located across from Wolfchase Galleria.
I think that it’s comparable to Best Buy, in that the prices are pretty competitive.
If you finance and pay in full within 24 months, they won’t charge you any interest, which is nice.
You’ll find all of the popular brands, including LG, Panasonic, and Sony.
