Havana Mix

I’m impressed and I don’t event smoke cigars. This place is perfection and I love that Memphis has a cool little spot like this. If you’re running late on your Christmas shopping, might want to pop by here to get the man in your life (or woman, I know some women smoke cigars too!) a little happy. And you’re supporting local! I gave them out to my male business acquaintances this year and they were over the moon ecstatic. Literally gushing.

Conveniently locked downtown close to Beale and Forum. Great cigar selection and simple food and drinks. Smoke, eat, drink, relax; pretty F’ing simple.

Best place in Memphis to enjoy a cigar. High ceilings so you aren’t consumed in smoke. Large humidor with diverse selection. Leather chairs and sofas but it’s comfortable for everyone. Breathes Memphis.

I just pulled into Memphis for the evening and the first place I find is Havana Mix. Right off of Beale St. It is open and comfortable. The first person I met was Blue, who showed me around and reccomend a house blend Barber Pole, very nice. Then Vilori greeted me from behind the bar and poured me a solid Maker’s. Both ladies are extremely nice and made me feel at home. They have several T.V.s and plenty of comfortable sofas. With a full bar, this is a great place to start or end an evening in Memphis.

Extremely inviting place for the novice to the aficionado! I love the atmosphere, the conversations and the vibe of this place! There’s no place like it! All of my questions get answered here with a genuine passion for what they do. And the diversity… muah!

Great selection and friendly, welcoming service. The proprietor recently sponsored a Cigar Fest that we stumbled upon during a cross-​country trip. We had a delightful time meeting some locals and enjoying some outstanding cigars and great discussion. Classy shop!

My wife and I were in Memphis on a road trip from Oklahoma back to Philly. Since I live a few doors up from a b&m in Philly and also love cigars, I wanted to check out other b&m’s along the way. Well, funny thing is that my wife found this place and said I should check it out after our dinner date. Our stop for dinner was no dice (no service, menus, etc, so we left) and Havana Mix was up the block, so we headed there.
WOW! I am glad I stopped in to pick up a stick or two.
There was a group of patrons hanging out front smoking, laughing and having a great evening. I thought I was back in my neighborhood for a second!
Inside the place is amazing. Large couches, tv’s, a bar, and food to name what I noticed walking in.
The walk in humidor? Talk about a great setup, selection and pricing. I felt right at home here, or more like a kid in a candy shop.
A gentleman that worked there started talking cigars with me with nothing but sincerity and interest in what I like to smoke, and then gave me a few local cigar ideas that worked with my pallette.
I went with the Tennessee Waltz and the house Rocky Patel cigar as well (only sold at this store!). When in Rome, right!
We told the gentleman we were hungry and he pointed us in the direction of a local biz, The Flying Fish. Another winning suggestion.
We left and chatted with some regulars outside for a minute, and only then did we find out the gentleman helping us was Rob the owner.
Man, Rob has it dialed in at Havana Mix. Hands down.
If you’re ever in Memphis you need to go here and grab a cigar, you will not be dissapointed. If I had more time I sure would have hung here for a few cigars and laughs.
I’m hoping to find a reason to pass theough Memphis again just to go hang here.

Great cigars bought cheap cigars and they were still great and huge! Recommended for a good cheap cigar!

Was in town from Knoxville and I went last night (Friday) and had a wonderful time. Incredible atmosphere! Super friendly staff and what a band?! You guys are awesome. When you are in Memphis, do yourself a favor and drop by Havana Mix. They have a wonderful selection of cigars and a tremendous lounge. I’ll be back!

I ended up going to this place while staying around the corner for a conference.
It was truly a pleasant surprise. Great laid back vibe. The humidor was well stocked and the staff that aided me in my purchase were very friendly and down to earth. The sofas were huge oversized leather and were situated in plain view of the NCAA tournament game. I was in heaven! A couple of minutes later a live band began to strike up the scene, and it got a bit more lively.
Definitely a spot that I will hit back up when I’m in Memphis, and the $ 3 bud light bottles didn’t hurt either.

Huge cigar selection with a very nice size walk-​in humidor; cigars seemed to be maintained at the right temp/​humidity level. I purchased several cigars and both burned nicely. The place features comfy leather couches and chairs; great menu centering on Cuban fair and live entertainment. Food prices are very reasonable as is their cigar prices. Several nice touches like free cookies and several candy trays. My only complaint is it gets very smokey and I know it’s a cigar bar but their ventilation system wasn’t that great… if not for that I would have given them five stars. Very cool place. I’ll definitely be back.

It’s Friday and you want to enjoy a nice cigar and a live band laid back atmosphere then this would be the place to be. A very lovely wine down to the end of the day to start your weekend…

Best Place to relax and enjoy quality sticks at a good value. It’s a must stop every year.

Granted, I don’t know much about cigar bars… but I love this one! A classy but casual vibe, good conversation, and what I’ve been told are great cigars are available! Being new to this, I smoked what I’m sure is not a premium cigar given it’s fruity flavors (tailored to women like me). A full bar is also available. Perfect Monday night relaxation…

In town for business. Not many good cigar shops back home so I always look for a place to get some to bring home.
This place was awesome! Very good selection (although they didn’t have the specific cigar I was looking for) and also had the best cigar lounge I’ve seen.
I usually stick to what I know but I tried the medium bodied «Beale St.» that is made for this place and it was a great cigar. Try it!

First test of a quality cigar shop is whether or not they carry Padron cigars from Nicaragua. The exuberant owner informed me that Havana has the largest selection in the south. That required immediate inspection.

Walking inside was unlike any experience I’ve had any cigar parlor in United States
Of course the walk-​in humidor p, the lounge area and the high-​quality cigars were expected
Did not expect a full bar and extremely knowledgeable staff
My rule is when in Memphis and you need cigars there is only one place to go
As chairman of the RNC Cigar Caucus all attendees were impressed

I thoroughly enjoy Havana Mix every time I am there. Great atmosphere and most importantly the cigars are in abundance and fresh. The who’s who of Memphis frequent here and you should to. Awesome touch to Memphis’s downtown social scene.
