E’s 24 Hour Cafe

The service was great! You definately get a lot of food for your money, just don’t expect it to be the best meal in your life. A great alternative to Krystal or Taco Bell at 2am.
I worry that this location will not make it, however. We were the only table in the place.

Decent place. Smallish menu. What they do, they do well. It is cheap. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here, but it is a great option at 2AM.

Although I fully agree with the other comments that they are using cheaper food than most places I do enjoy the atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and it has a homey feel. This is not a place you go when you are in a rush. They are slow paced. But this reminds me of being at grandmas everything is a heart attack waiting to happen. I enjoy it here it reminds me of the cooking I got as a kid. Its not a 5 star place but as I said before it is a homey place and a good place to have a leisurely Sunday breakfast.

It is with a heavy heart I have to update my review. It was a first to review, and a review of the day, and yes, my experience was great. It was shortly after they had opened.
I’ve been back a couple of times now, and there has been a slow slide going on. I’ve resisted updating my review, but I can’t anymore. My recent trip involved slow service, and a longer than it should have been wait for short order food. But what bothered me most is the restaurant was not as clean as before, and I noticed the health department score of 83 hanging on the wall. The food quality is also low, ground beef is cheap enough I shouldn’t be questioning the quality of my patty, but yet, there I was.
I love the concept and the menu, but ultimately the execution falls short. The prices are very affordable, and I feel like if they just charged an extra $ 0.25 — $ 0.50 per item they could up the quality of the food and perhaps keep the place spotless and most people would still think the prices were cheap.

Not good. Poor quality ingredients. Not well cooked. The staff was very nice and the food came out hot. Food would be a 1 star. I was one of two people in the place. There is a place up the street that is way better if your looking for a similar place.(Easily found on Unilocal) It’s always full and often has a wait, with that said. Wait.
