Love the food but they have gotten my order wrong many times when going through drive-​thru. I’ve never had a problem when dining-​in. The staff is great. My main issue is the rushed drive-​thru service and getting my order wrong or forgetting to give me something. Parking there is atrocious. Wish it wasn’t so cramped. I have definitely been to better Chickfilas here.

Very efficient service. The food is always fresh and hot. The servers say my name and the floors are always clean.
You would think that an early lunch at 11a is slow but for the busy drive thru your wait will only be for 5 minutes or less.
They have never gotten my order wrong and it’s always with a smile.

I mean, Chick-​fil-​A is good, but am I willing to give it four stars? Maybe, but not right now. I gotta reserve those stars for other places. But they do deserve a solid 3.5 star rating cause that chicken is goooooooood.

Let’s cut to the chase! Customer service reigns supreme. I concur. The food is tasty. I agree. The lemonade is something awesome and goes really well with spirits. Heck yeah!

This is the only CFA in midtown, so its always swarming during peak hours. Service is great, but not for those in a rush!

Great staff! I love the food and hanging out with friends at this location. Keep up great job! I think the staff at this location are awesome. I wish I could hang out at this Chick-​fil-​A restaurant more often but riding the MATA bus to any of the Chick-​fil-​A locations are difficult at takes at least two bus transfers.

Great service second time around. Great food and their new coffee, which is free during the month of February is great.

I always wonder why people write reviews on fast food… and yet here I am, writing a review on fast food. I guess I can justify it with the fact that this is the only fast food I’ll eat. Period. Ok ok, yes, when I’m really really drunk you **might** find me at a Taco Bell at 2 in the morning, but that is just peer pressure. Oh… and there was that one time in Gulfport for a horse show when I went on a Backyard Burger kick… but I digress, Chick-​fil-​A is the only fast food I eat regularly. Wow, that was just an epiphany… I guess I do eat it quite often. Maybe that is why I haven’t lost weight.
Anyways, it is clean clean clean and the staff is always nice nice nice. I never worry about what they are doing to my food and even though the (2!!) lines are always wrapped around the block, it moves relatively quickly as the staff is very competent. And the food actually looks like food. This is important at a fast food place. I feel like I’m actually eating real food that isn’t *that* bad for me. I mean, fattening, yes, but still real chicken.

My favorite Chick Fil A. The service is fast and always friendly. In the mornings when they are busy they apologize for your wait if there is one and they always have a smile.
The children’s play area is always clean and I can’t wait until my little one can go okay in there with the other kids.
My food has always been consistent and they have never ran out of Hazelnut for my coffee or Polynesian sauce for my #1.

I hope someone from chick fil a sees this review as I really like the chain and wish I could get a good meal at this store also. Dry crusty biscuit, cold dry chicken, the hash rounds were so soggy and cold I just had to throw them away. I was hungry and didn’t have time to get anything from somewhere else so I had to choke down a gross dry chicken biscuit. Don’t get me wrong, it’s far from a 3^rd world problem but when your used to getting good meals from most locations its a shock to get a crap meal.

I brought my kids here to eat and play to celebrate my little boys first birthday. Employees were very accommodating. And the chicken is always good.

Food is great. But you knew that. Always great service no matter the time of day. They’ve got a great location and interesting architecture with the «church wall» facing Union. I love what these folks do for the community as well.

The chicken is processed as all get out. On top of that, it’s a restaurant chain that promotes bigotry and ignorance. I’m not sure why people enjoy supporting homophobia and prejudice… guess it’s just a symptom of people reveling in hatred. Anyway, I would suggest giving your money to restaurants that don’t give you heart disease and don’t promote prejudice.

Can’t believe I’m reviewing a chik fila but had to. They are always so nice to me and my kids. You would be hard presses to find better customer service at any other fast food restaurants.
And of course the food is always consistently good!

Dude. I love CFA (chick fil a for short). No matter your political beliefs, you have to admit that this place sells DANG good chicken. everything IS FREAKING amazing.
This place iS CAH-​ROWDED during lunch hours! So beware! But the drive thru moves fairly quickly, and the workers are incredibly nice. Since I literally go more than 3x/​week, I think they know my name (which isn’t a bad thing!) Everything is great, and even better if you eat it there and they give you their superb customer service.
TIP: When I order the Kids Meal 1 strip count meal, I can substitute my kids toy for a ice cream (dream) cone! Try it some time if your’e a girl with a tiny stomach like me!
If not, you can never go wrong with their #3, spicy chicken sandwich. or their New Salads (no more croutons, unfortunately) but they have a ton more dressings to choose from! The Asian salad comes with tangerines and yummies fruits, and the cobb salad comes with corn and egg whites. Definitely a little more spiced up compared to their old salads! Salads are HUGE so be prepared to either save half for later or have a big appetite. Don’t underestimate those babies!
CFA is literally the best bc they also have the best desserts. BEST. VANILLA. CONES. EVER. Yes, it is slightly more expensive than mcD’s $ 1.09 vanilla cone and Sonic’s as well, but its wel worth the extra 10 Cents for their high quality insanely delicious cones. Their shakes are delicious as well! Cookies n Cream and Strawberry are my go tos.
Breakfast is good too. We’ve ordered from there for school before and they come warm!
I love this location of CFA. They’re super nice, and ridiculously fast with your order, and clean as heck on the inside too. Only downfall is that they’re located on Union where traffic is insane and theres not as much parking /​the drive thru wraps around for forever. So be patient if you arrive around 12 noon! But besides that, Have at it and treat yo’self!
extra: it is gorgeous that they kept the original church’s architecture as part of their lot! I love the look of this cfa.

Oh Mid-​town how I love thee Chick Fil-​A and how kids love your playground that canbe used ALL YEAR ROUND!!!

Love me some Chick-​Fil-​A. The service is as good, if not better, than most quality restaurants. Say what you will about their «religious» beliefs, but that is the beauty of this great country, we can all believe what we want to believe. This place is by far the best fast food joint ever invented. You don’t have to worry about someone «messing with» your food or being rude when taking your order.
This location is a very cool and unique Chick-​Fil-​A. It is located where a church was once located and they left one of the walls which serves as outside seating.

Pretty much anyone in the South can tell you that Chick-​Fil-​A is a major cut above any other fast food establishment, both in quality of food and in customer service. That being said, I have had mixed results at this location. The employees are super friendly — when they say «My pleasure,» it seems like they might actually mean it – but sometimes don’t seem to really be paying attention.
For example, I’ve been asked what kind of sauce I wanted, and then not been given any (my broken-​record refrain: If you don’t care, why did you ask?), been handed milkshakes that have slopped over the sides of the cup (I really, really don’t want sticky hands), and been asked to pull around into the parking lot from the drive-​thru to wait for my order (how do you not have enough chicken ready?). So, while I love their shakes and chicken strips (and please, please, I beg you, bring back the sweet potato fries!), I never know which Chick-​Fil-​A I’m going to get here, which keeps it from being a five-​star experience.

Though I no longer eat at Chick-​Fil-​A due to my personal beliefs and values– and the fact that I don’t feel politics need to be something a business gets involved in– I have to give them a solid for being the best fast food establishment in Midtown. If you’ve eaten fast food in this portion of town, you know that isn’t saying much. I could open a lemonade stand on the side of Union and McLean selling 5 day old hot dogs with stale buns and still out sell any of them with my winning smile, quality food and customer service skills. But, I digress.
Chick-​Fil-​A is kind of delicious– so it really grinds my gears that I had to give it up. I could do shots of their Chick-​Fil-​A sauce, and don’t get me started on the delicious chicken nuggets and their breakfast menu. Those mini chicken bites on the sweet mini biscuits are heaven. Couple that with the stellar customer service here– no matter how long the line is, you’re in and out in 5 minutes flat– and they are the clear winner of chain and fast food spots in Midtown. So there is the solid. Now, for the reality, I just can’t hand over my hard earned bucks to a company who spews hate as rampantly as this one does. So, I’ll give you the 4 stars where the 4 stars are due. Your food and establishment is a winner, but you won’t see this gal inside the confines of any Chick-​Fil_​A till they change a few things.
