Totally Twisted

I come to this establishment very often. I am a HUGE fan of the california tarte flavor. They almost always have it in stock and it is by far their best flavor! (I get it more than I’d like to admit… lol) The people working are always so nice. There is one young girl with brown hair that is always there Wednesday nights and she is the sweetest person working there! She always asks «would you like a lid on this?» and is always ready to give me sample cups (that is, when I want to mix a flavor with the california tart lol). She even gives me the option to take my toppings to go in a little cup. They have cookie dough, sprinkles. oreo, rainbow cookies, every candy you can think of, strawberries, raspberries, mango, blueberries, and different flavors of boba. I like to get them all (lol). This young girl is the most honest and hardworking individual I’ve come across in a long time. She’s much nicer than those ralphs workers. Sometimes they can be nasty. But not here at totally twisted! It is the best frozen yogurt place in huntington station (or do I dare say the best on LONG ISLAND?) I refuse to get my yogurt anywhere else. I was thinking about moving but when I think of huntington, I think of totally twisted. Thank you so much. I love this place. forever and always xoxo

The second time I came back, whichever employee was there was very nice, very helpful, and let us try as many flavors as we liked. I must have come in at a weird time the first time, but this place is great and I’m happy to update the review.

Ahhh yet another self serve frozen yogurt place. I wonder when these places will die out like cupcake shops did. Today they had these yogurt flavors: chocolate eggclair, regular, vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, creamsicle (orange creamy one), pistachio, peanut butter, cake batter, coconut, red velvet and a couple others.
Unfortunately they don’t keep the tester cups out for you to do it yourself (I like that better) the only one j didn’t care for was pistachio, it tasted like they forgot to even put the flavoring in.
Red velvet, cookies and cream, and coconut were all good choices. Coconut definitely had a slightly icy/​slushie consistency compared to the others that were creamier. Toppings were all very clean and they had pretty much any topping you would want. Bobbas, sprinkles, nuts, coconut flakes, Reese’s pieces, rainbow cookies, chocolate crunchies, chocolate covered Oreos, chocolate covered caramel, peanut butter sauce, fresh fruit, s’mores bits, m&ms, hot fudge, chocolate sauce, marshmallow sauce, sour patch kids, graham cracker crumbs, butterfingers pieces, gummi Bears, whoppers etc. they have a lot ok! Cookie dough was some of the best I’ve had, it was soft and fresh sooo good.
My yogurt and toppings were great, stands up to 16 handles.

So horrible! Took my kids there tonight and there was a huge line with a young kid working the register. I asked her for sample cups and she pointed at a girl in the back who was having an animated chat with her boyfriend. I asked her for cups and she was so nasty that she was interrupted that I said I was going to contact her manager and asked for her name. She refused so I said I’d get it at the register. She evidently threatened the young girl at the register so when I asked the info the girl started crying. Now I’m fuming. She was the only one in the store working and was clearly being bullied by the other workers who were clearly using her to goof off. They didn’t care that there was a huge line or that people needed help. When I asked the suddenly appearing «assistant manager» for the managers number she gave me a bogus number that I promptly called and got hung up on before i said a word… nice. so if the manager is out there. I’m postinging this as a last resort so you know what’s going on in your store because clearly the people robbing you don’t want you to know

Really good frozen yogurt. They have so many toppings to choose from. The store is clean and prices are same as other stores. Definitely worth a try. We will be back soon!

Came here with my friend because we were craving some fro-​yo. Well maybe I was just craving all the candy toppings that I throw on my fro-​yo. I would have given the place 5 stars but it was a little on the pricey side. I have never paid $ 9 for self serve fro-​yo anywhere else, even though I load it up with candy toppings at every other self-​serve fro-​yo place I visit. The most I’ve paid elsewhere has been upwards to $ 7 and change.
The other reason it gets 4 stars and not 5 is because the signs above each yogurt flavor were animated, which could easily confuse someone. If you take a minute to stand in front of the sign you’ll see what flavor it is, but sometimes people don’t have a minute.
The yogurt was delicious and they had so many toppings. They also played music but not as loud as Red Mango or Cups, so my friend and I didn’t feel like we were going into a club with her baby. That’s good cause her baby is way to young to try to pick anyone up.
Overall the place looked clean, plenty of seating, the bathroom was a little dingy looking. I had to run in there because I started coughing and didn’t want to be that jerk that coughs all over a food place.
If the price wasn’t so expensive for my yogurt I would consider coming here again.

Worse staff ever. Tonight I watched an 80 + veteran get ignored by the staff. He was standing by the machines trying to read the displays that are ridiculous for anyone to try and read. The staff worker was standing in front of him and didn’t acknowledge him. When he asked something she shot back «she was trying to fix the screen» without ever turning around. He ended up putting his cup down and walking out. If I didn’t already get mine I would have done the same. Seeing another review from this month about similar behavior lets me know the owner could care less. This happened around 7:30 if you want to review your cameras.
