Dunkin’ Donuts

Ok so it’s 6 o’clock on a Sunday I got to get an ice ya sorry we are out of ice tea
No just say your to lazy to make it that’s it pisses me off
Why are u open as a Dunkin dounts in telling you
Last time I go to this Dunkin dounuts
I’m going to call every time I want an ice tea to make sure they have it made and I don’t waste my time going walking to get an ice tea
Well I’ll just go to Mobil and get a ice tea

Parking is limited here. The parking lot is tiny, about 16 spaces, off a very busy street. It’s a busy Dunkin though.

Okay, seriously it’s Dunkin’ Donuts. If aren’t in the mood for a line during the morning rush put off your caffeine fix until after 830.
This location is not the one by the school complex, it’s the one just on the edge of downtown. I completely agree with reviewing service, but make sure your critiquing the right employees.
I’ve been here a number of times recently and it’s always been the same counter staff. They were very efficient and friendly. What’s really nice at this location is the lounge. Lots of tables and chairs with huge floor to ceiling windows for lots of natural light. Toss in free WiFi and you’ve got a great place to catch up with a little reading while you slurp down DD’s ubiquitous java.
Lastly, anyone who goes into the location by the High School before 9 AM is a masochist.

Okay, first off I go in the store. Its a zoo. This dunkin donuts is close to the school complex, they were very nice kids. But I noticed that the owner segregated the kids from the regulars and other people (me). At first I was apalled. That’s not right. Granted they would all be together anyways. But they’re your customers don’t tell them where to sit.
I got to the counter, I ordered my first coffee. It was delivered. But when I gave him the recipe of my second coffee, he gave me the dirtiest look.
Little did he know, I also work at Dunkin Donuts. He didn’t follow the 6 steps of customer service. I think I got one smile out of him. I have never given a customer a dirty look. I love to see my regulars. I don’t know what was up his rear. But it just wasn’t cool. I felt like I was on a conveyor belt.
The first coffee, just tastes okay. The second, the large iced tasted horrible. Its the coffee. It just tasted so stale. And if they made a new one it would just from the same batch, so we didn’t bother. Not with the rude customer service.
And also, their selection of muffins and donuts were so limited, I didn’t see any bagels either. There’s a list of recquired donuts, muffins and bagels that need to be out for the customer to see. Donuts, boston kreme, jelly, plain, glazed, chocolate glazed and chocolate frosted. Bagels, plain, cinnamon raisin anything seasonal. Muffins., seasonal, like pumpkin, blueberry, reduced fat blueberry, and coffee cake. And you’re supposed to have at least 6 of all of those. I saw one of each in the bakery case. Except the boston kreme and chocolate frosted. There was less than a half tray of those.
Needless to say, this place needs an unexpected restaurant visit. Because they’re slacking.

I unintentionally met the owner of this dunkin donuts today while having my car towed from their inconveniently tiny parking lot when it failed to start. I met her while suggesting for people to park on the street and not in the lot because I didn’t want them to get inconvenienced if the towing took too long and trapped them inside the lot. While several customers thanked me, The owner cursed at me and told me I can’t tell me not to park there because it would cost her business. I was drinking a coffee that I purchased from her store and she told me that I wasn’t there to drink coffee and that I should be helping to push. I was shocked at how rude this woman was and talk about having someone kick you when you’re down. Personally, I won’t be going back to this store or the other 5 Dunkin Donuts she arrogantly told me she owns, once I find out where they are.

This dunkins appears to have changed ownership recently and it has clearly taken a few steps back. Orders are routinely incorrect and my last bagel smelled like smoke. I live close by and this location was always great until the recent changes and renovations.

This Dunkin Donuts has a very nice staff, is rarely out of anything like bagels or Coolatas, or other items on the menu, and has a quite clientele that are often some neighborhood regulars meeting up to have a coffee or some folks just passing in as there isn’t another Dunks down this way of town.
While the parking lot isn’t huge, it is convenient as the other option is to find some parking on busy Main Street. It is within walking distance of the commuter rail and on the bus route, so if you plan accordingly you can hit here before your trip on the MBTA.
