I hate that place.

I’m one who needs a coffee in the morning at work and due to the convenience I’m stuck with this place. I constantly have to battle to get my coffee correct and even then it’s still wrong. The staff needs to care a bit more about their customers. I really don’t think making a coffee with caramel swirl vs a caramel flavor shot is much too difficult. If there was one closer, that’s who I would give my business too. Unfortunately, my staff and I are left with incorrect coffees daily, finding our own resources to fix them. Its very frustrating.

The donuts are good. The bagels are passable. The coffee is disgusting.

The location is convenient (right next to the T) and that’s pretty much where the positives end. The service is pretty awful. Either they don’t understand what I’m saying or they just don’t care. They never bother to get my order even close to right, it’s really annoying. It’s not even that complicated! less ice. less ice! that’s not what bothers me most. i always order coconut coffee and end up with weird non-​coconut flavors

It’s close to my house and the people working there used to be cool. Now there are new people trickling in and I understand they have some learning to do, but don’t mumble something under your breath when you mess up an order.
I ordered coffee with milk cause I don’t like cream in it. She put cream in it. When I told her there’s cream in it and I asked for milk, she said «no it’s milk, cream is different» and mumbled something else. She then added milk to the coffee. Great, coffee with milk AND cream. Disgusting.
I was taken back at how bratty she was and wanted to get out of there so I took the coffee and threw it in the trash.
I also ordered a sesame bagel with chive cream cheese and when I got home there was plain cream cheese in it and the bottom of an everything bagel, which was from the guy behind me.
Don’t you just love the taste of burned garlic? Right.
It was unusually busy when I went in so the 4 people working there probably got flustered or something which made them mess up my order (and I’m sure I’m not the only one).
However, if I feel the need for coffee and a bagel again, I’ll walk further to the one by the T. At least the people there are friendly, smile and greet and no matter how busy it is, they are able to follow instructions on the screen to make your order right.
One more thing, in the pick up area there’s this notice on the wall for the employees saying something about talking in English out of courtesy for co-​workers and customers. I thought that was great, but unfortunately it’s not working.
