Their great in there, they always make my coffee right! Great selection, awesome people! when I go there I’m always taken care of shout to Chris, Delilah, Maria, Tony and Vanessa! This is cheesy but it’s true they deserve it!

If you want rude service please come here without hesitation. Had trouble with a rude worker named Mina, so I did the survey online and wrote what had happened. She refused to give me a cup of water for my child, instead told me to pay $ 3.00 for a bottle of water. Then she refused to give me assorted donuts and instead gave me only three different kinds of donuts. She then laughed in my face after she saw how upset I was and closed the window. I spoke to the manager and he «explained» to me that he always gets complaints about Mina, but that she is a good worker and does nothing wrong. I will not be coming here again.

Worst Dunkin Donuts drive-​thru experience I have ever had. I was craving for coffee, so I went through the drive-​thru slightly after 10pm. I have a coupon for 99 cents ice coffee and there was no restrictions of what time you can use it below so I asked the staff. I could not communicate with his via the speaker because I don’t understand his English so I had to pull up to talk to him at the window. He told me that he has no iced coffee (I thought this is a coffee place) and he cannot ring up the coupon at his register (so I cannot use coupon here?!). Then he mentioned that he has hot coffee instead — I was craving coffee that I will take a hot one even though it is more than 80 degrees outside — and he said that he can’t give it to me for 99 cents and I have to pay for the full price. So why mention it?! So I just left and went to McDonald’s half a mile away to get my ice coffee. I just went back home and checked Google and Dunkin Donuts opens 24 hours, and this does not make any sense that they don’t serve ice coffee!!! Or maybe this is because I wanted to use a coupon?!

Worst service ever … I am on the road a lot and I tend to visit fast food locations a lot for their food and wash rooms. I have no issues when they request customers to get the wash room keys from the cashiers, however I do have a huge issue when the cashier is on the phone talking to her boyfriend and ask me to wait.
She made me wait over 5 minutes till she planed her weekend with her boy friend.
It is 1:25pm and I was the only customer. She should have put her boyfriend on hold and took care of her customers.
She could always call her boy friend back.

Its probably weird to rate a chain like this, but I LOVE this location. My mocha cappy blasts are always SPOT on. They measure all the ingredients perfectly unlike the other locations that i’ve been to. They’re also super friendly!

Ok, so they’re not the sharpest knives in the drawer, but doggone it they try. Especially when I have to repeat order my ICED apple cider. I don’t know if it’s just to make sure or if it’s language. Iced = cold my friends. So you do not have to ask me 3 times if I want it cold if I tell you 3 times I’d like it iced.
I’d give the place more stars bc I generally like this DD but lately I’ve been feeling jipped. Now anyone can correct me if I’m wrong but if it’s a combo, isn’t the coffee included? I’m just saying. We got a combo and the didn’t give us the coffee with it, they charged us separately for it. It was a small coffee at that. I though it came witha medium? Hope to get to the bottom of this.
What I did love was my bagel and the amount of cream cheese they put on it. Finally, poppy seed perfection! I was able to take my bagel apart and have equal amount of cream cheese on both halves. I say, carry on DD, carry on. Just look into your combo pricing.

I go to this Dunkin Donuts because of the convenience and not the service. They usually mess up one of your orders either giving you sugar when you dont ask for it in your coffee. Sometime they have off days on their coffee when it is burnt.

Sometimes, when I’m really hungry, I get a bagel. When my inner child is calling, I get munchkins. Usually though, I’m just hittin’ up DD for some iced coffee.
On the one hand, this was some of the best made iced coffee from a DD I’ve had. On the other, I decided to get a bagel and the amount of butter was just ridiculous. I only ate half because it was too much and too messy. I looked like a child who was just learning how to eat because my napkins were covered in butter just from being next to the bagel.

Quick and efficient, big n toasted on a croissant, get in my mouth! Laid back staff and always ready to get what you need in the morning.

I can love DD but still admit that it’s a perfect illustration of mediocrity, can’t I?
The dough nuts are nothing great. Breakfast sandwiches are reheated, insipid tasting little grease piles between bread. And the coffee, while I enjoy it very much, totally dries me out and makes me thirsty for water. I love it but it hates me.
I love this location because they let me steal all their Splenda. Unlike some greedy locations that keep all their sugar behind the counter. I also love this location because it makes me realize some of the silly things I do. Like when the drive through lady/​man and I aren’t understanding each other due to a language barrier, in an act of frustration I start yelling at them in Spanish because I momentarily think they will understand that better. «No, vanilla. No… va-​nill-​UHH. VANILLA. I SAID… YA TE DIJE VANILLA, ESCUCHAME CABRON… yanno what regular is fine.»
It seems as though Dunkin Donuts will be inconveniencing my life forever because they’re too convenient not to. But oddly, I’m ok with that.

It’s DD, what else do you need in the morning?

This is a pretty busy DD (duh)! They are usually pretty quick and the product is fresh and tasty.
