This company causes more damage than the original problem they were hired to repair/​fix
They don’t resolve complaints and could care less about destroying customers personal property… I didn’t find this company my insurance company directed me to them for the damage and It was the worst thing I could have ever done… NEVER AGAIN… and thanks SERVOPRO for ZERO help and support… nice way to treat people who need help in times of disaster… I could have done a better job myself

We had a massive flood at our house and Servpro handled the clean-​up/​dry-​out.
The clean up went ok, aside from the crew chief’s lousy attitude. (Update: I’ve been told that his attitude and lack of care will be addressed)
Several pieces of clothing came back shrunk or damaged … luckily, the supervisor is wonderful and is working with us to file an insurance claim and is ensuring that we’re compensated fairly for the loss.

They did not give an accurate bid. They said they would do it all for one amount. they meant they would clean the mold for one amount and to put it back together would be another fee. Very slow, didn’t keep us informed. Will not use them again.

John and Bill and their team made the reconstruction of our water damaged condo as painless as possible. They handled everything from removal and reinstallation of our kitchen to painting and plumbing and drywall damage to moving us back into our home with tremendous professionalism and care. The subs they used were of the highest quality. If there was a question or a problem it was consistently handled quickly and with a smile. I wouldn’t wish water damage on anyone but, in the event of a disaster, I would highly recommend using Servpro’s services.
