I cannot express how wonderful the staff and service was from black diamond. Very honest and very thorough. When my son missed his alarm to get to the airport for his brothers wedding the staff called me to get my son up and waited at the hotel over a half hour and then got him to the airport. They could have easily just given up and then my son would have missed his older brothers wedding. A big thanks to black diamond. I will always use them when in melbourne!!!
