Worst Ross I ever been to. I’ve been to this location several times… It is consistently dirty, unorganized and apparently lacks good management. I had a exchange and was told to get in line with everyone else (even though there is a returns & exchange line with a sign) when I got to the front of the line I was told I now have to wait in line (the returns & exchange line) for the one register that can do the exchange. Many of the guests were very upset at this, the store became an angry place. The staff is probably under paid and it shows/​their professionalism was non existent! Management treat your staff better, train them to actually problem solve and have better customer service!!! Insane… Get it together!

Great place to shop though the variety is a little less than the one in Palm Bay. Dresses are amazing and who can beat the location?! It’s right across the mall.
Compared to the Ross in Palm Bay, this Ross is much better in customer service. At least the cashiers don’t refer to a statue of Buddha as «that dude you’re buying»… Honestly, the workers in Palm Bay Ross should learn a little from this Ross. The bathroom décor remains stagnant. Week after week the same things have been sitting on the shelves. Cute accent chairs and small furniture though, I’ve seen those sell out quickly.
