Great spot. Very nice and sizeable salad. 4 of us shared it. Bruchetta was crunchy and flavorful. Lots of fresh basil. Did someone say pizza? Sauce is outstanding. Great pie! We also did a spinach and mushroom calzone. It too was yummy. Service was speedy and knowledgeable. Definitely a must visit!

What an oasis! Stumbled across this place as we rolled into town late evening and crossed our fingers that a local joint would be a step up from the alternative of a chain joint. 20 minutes before closed, they were more than willing to pump out a fresh pepperoni pie, some garlic knots and the largest slice of carrot cake I’ve ever had. Friendly staff and real cool little spot. These folks know pizza. The slices were big with perfectly cupped pepperoni and a thin crust with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Not too greasy or with so much cheese it falls off the slice, no, not this place. This pizza was much less a quick and late night snack but more of a masterpiece to be marveled upon. Best garlic knots I’ve ever had, hands down. Their garlic/oil mixture was amazing! Is this an appetizer with marinara, or a health tonic?! Majorly garlicky, in a good way! The carrot cake, usually with large portion sizes that barely fit in the take out box, I expect it to be a quality not quality thing. With three of us sharing the slice and still not being able to finish it, I can say it was a gourmet cake. Where did the baker come from? He/she should be making six figures a year at least selling these top shelf desserts. Not to mention, this place was cheap! 25 bucks for a large pie, a drink, knots, and enough cake for three? Fuhgettaboutit!

Just awesome pizza. And wings. You can’t go wrong here. I wish they had a better beer selection but that won’t keep me from coming back.

Super friendly staff, mediocre food. Stopped here for lunch on the way to the beach. Employees were very friendly and welcoming. Ordered the lunch special, a pepperoni calzone. Other people in my party orders a couple slices, plain cheese and pepperoni. Server was attentive. Drinks stayed filled. Food was average. Calzone was pretty crunchy, a little too much. Didn’t have much flavor. Pizza was the same. Good service. Lacked flavor.

I truly wish I could give more stars. Unassuming greatness at this place. Hubs is a pizza freak and I’m an italian… AH-MAZING pizza!!! Plus the staff get behind what an awesome place they get to work at. We’re in the biz and were impressed by all we saw and tasted. The best pizza you’ll have outside NYC :)

Ordered take out food was ready within a couple of minutes of arriving. Ordered #7 Pizza and garlic knots with marinara sauce. I ordered the pizza extra crispy and it was, the pizza was great nice balance of flavors. The garlic knots went to the fish, doughy and chewy no garlic flavor. Will go back for pizza, try something else next, time but if you want a good pie on beach side this is the place to go!

I have had the same experience as the others. The first time we ate pizza there it was excellent crisp crust great sauce and cheese. The second time it was terrible. The crust was limp and couldn’t hold the sauce and cheese which was greasy and nasty. If they don’t get their act together they will not get any pizza business from locals. Service is good and subs are good but the sign says pizza!

I’ve been to this establishment twice since it re-opened with its new owners and new name. The first time was for lunch, and it was good. I had a calzone; it was tasty and prepared well. The price is a little high for what you get and for the atmosphere(the walls are totally bare), but it’s a family business so I understand what it takes. I went again with my family this weekend and it was almost like a 180-degree difference. I ordered the Calzone again and my family had a white pizza to split. The Calzone was 95% Ricotta cheese; I never thought you could have too much Ricotta cheese until this moment. There was very little meat; I paid the upcharge to get Pepperoni and Sausage, of which there was hardly any. Secondly and perhaps worse, the pizza was VERY greasy and had very little ricotta cheese on it. I understand that white pizza is supposed to have a different consistency, but this was nothing like what I expected. I’m 100% sure I’ll go back to this establishment at some point because it’s close-by and convenient. The service was also good both times. However, I do think there’s plenty of room for improvement

As of the writing of this review this restaurant has been open less than a week. My wife and I ate in on the second day of business and had a terrific pizza. Crust was crispy, sauce was good, and plenty of cheese. The italian sausage was cooked on the pizza(Chicago style) and was a pleasant surprise as I’m from Chicago and this is the first pizza in the 23 years I’ve been living here that cooks sausage on the pizza. Had takeout last night and the pizza did not disappoint. Glad to see we’ve got a good pizza joint around here that approaches a Chicago thin crust style za.
