I had a good time there on a recent Saturday night. I opened up a tab, spent 19 bucks on drinks and then tipped three bucks when I signed my slip at the end of the night. The next Tuesday night (the night before payday) I get an alert from my bank that my checking account is overdrawn. A second 10 dollar charge went through at this bar that I hadn’t authorized. I’m hoping this is just some strange tab opening policy they have at this bar (it doesn’t happen to my card at other bars), but regardless, I don’t like charges going through on my card that I’m unaware of. If this hasn’t sorted itself out by the time I get up in the morning, I intend to go to my bank to challenge the charge.

This place is absolutely gross!!!
We came here on a Sunday and it was empty!!! Floor, everywhere, was sticky!!! If you stood for more than 1 minute in one spot it was hard to pick up your foot!!! Every hear of bar rescue!!! Waitress was a smart a@@!! Mentioned sticky floor and she said it was their floor cleaner!!! Really!!! What do you mop the floor with beer and piss! If you don’t want a disease avoid this filthy place!

We came here for post-​wedding drinks. It was fun! There was a $ 10 cover as there was a band that night. We got drinks & a late night piece of pizza. I don’t know if it’s the drinks talking, but the pizza was great! I had the curious george with pepperoni & banana peppers. The band was good. The place was a lot larger than I expected. There are pool tables and a game area with some arcade games and fooseball. We played a round of fooseball. Bartenders were busy but quick. It’s a really fun spot and I’d definitely go back. Great vibe.

A+ for sure… love love love this place… DJ Colione was off the chain… not to mention, he is a cutie… :) Bryan (Co-​Owner) made us some martinis (purple and pink) love love love… delish, chic, so so good! Come visit them asap… Great music and drinks… Eye candy too…

Prices are outrageous ant they will stick any military guy with whatever they can to cover cost. They charged me me for no reason and for not even playing breaking the table. It’s ridiculous and I will never go back. Bad service and bad customer relations. Without getting facts…

Divey bar with plenty of bar games, drinks and usually a band playing ska/​reggae vibes. We hit this place up every year and sit around and drink until we are buzzed enough to either start playing games or dancing like kooks. This place def has a jungle– monkey Caribbean theme about it. Its just a fun bar.

Love Monkey Bar!!! Super fun, relaxed beachside vibe with great food, great beer selection, awesome bartenders and a variety of music and specials for each night of the week. Pool tables, games, live music nights, DJ nights, dance floor and tons of big flat screen tvs for every sport season. Oh. and delicious pizza! Very cool beachside bar with really cool artwork throughout the place. Go early for a more relaxed time and stay late Thurs-​Sat if you’re ready to get your dance on. Good times at Monkey!!!
