Good Service is getting harder to come by, but Penny at Papa Murphy ‘s has it right. We ordered 2 pizzas after a long day she was kind and courteous over the phone and had our order ready to go in 5 mins! We will be back and her boss should reward her!

What can I say; it’s take-n-bake pizza. As long as you remember that and don’t expect something totally outstanding, you’ll be fine. We frequent Papa Murphy’s because they are close, just a couple blocks away, and they make a reasonably decent pizza for a good price. The people behind the counter have always been pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is they always try to «sell up» my order. «You can get a giant for only $ 2 more.» If I wanted a giant pizza, I’d order a giant pizza. I can’t seem to get it through their heads that we’re an older couple with small appetites. Their basic pizza is good for two meals.

This location seems to usually be a bit more responsive and fast than its Bear Creek Plaza counterpart, but, sadly, it’s not any more consistent. Sometimes you’ll get a winner and other times you’ll walk out to your car and notice that the cheese is all uneven and the whole thing looks like a five-year-old made it. I almost think they need a more assembly-line-type process that involves more than one person making(and wrapping) the pizza. That way, there’d at least be a modicum of quality-assurance in the process. There’s always like three kids standing around back there doing nothing while the pizza is being made. But what do I know?
