For a really decent price you can get their delicious salmon dish with rice and veggies or sautéed shrimp dish. I forgot the price point but I recall it being very reasonable for amazing quality.
Their pizza for $ 13.99 is AMAZINNNGG! Gooey and hot cheese and sauce it’s really good.
4 stars because of the price and food quality, I always get delivery and it arrives fresh and hot!

Delicious Quesadilla everything here is good I recommend it. My kids always order the family deal .
My favorite is the pan seared salmon

Delivery took over 2 hours to go one mile and the food came cold. The manager sincerely apologized and said that the next meal would be on him or he could refund our card… he didn’t give us a refund. So when we called to redeem that offer he said that he already paid us, yelled at us, and hung up on us. Yup, never going back there no matter how good the food is.

Today was the third time we ordered for delivery. The delivery is prompt and the driver always friendly and courteous. The quesadilla was delicious, the taco salad lacking in ingredients (mine blows theirs away) — no shredded cheese, no green peppers, no salsa, taco shell oily. If you want sour cream or extra dressing its .50 a pop-​. The Chefs salad was alright, nothing special. The chili was alright, if you wanted shredded cheese, onions or sour cream there was an additional charge for each item. The burrito went right in the dumpster after one bite, there was an awful taste (and I don’t consider myself picky). The fries were limp and not very palatable. As you can see we tried multiple menu items in the three times we ordered, I wish it was better than it was.

My only to go place for lunch at work. That Shrimp and Corn Chowder is the best!!!

This place is GREAT! Awesome food great staff. Delivery is slow at times, but usually peak hours which is expected… Everything else is GREAT!

Well that was terrible
To begin with, the delivery took over an hour on a Tuesday evening. Then I had the pleasant surprise of opening my order to the wrong burger with a wilted tomato. Getting over that, I found the burger completely inedible. After a forced two bites, I moved onto the fries (a food that has always seemed trustworthy) and found them to be both mushy and stale at the same time.
The potato skins I ordered were okay in comparison, but overall that was the biggest waste of $ 20 that I have ever spent.

I work in this neighborhood a few weeks each year and I have always been disappointed by the lack of lunchtime options available. I like pizza and subs as much as the next guy but it’s still disheartening to find only variants of pizza and fried at sixty percent of the lunchtime restaurants within a three block stretch of Salem street. It got to the point where if a restaurant even looked like a pizza place, I would just pass it by.
Luckily, I found a credible review on Unilocal for Iris, a place I had rejected several times simply because it has that pizza shop vibe. After checking out their online menu, I decided to try one of the salad offerings, and I’m glad I did!
I chose the Baby Spinach with Apple, Fresh Mozzarella, Glazed Walnuts, and topped with Grilled Chicken. It was wonderful, crisp, and beautifully presented and plated; a bargain at under $ 9.00. I had a similar salad yesterday at Aquitaine in the South End, also wonderful but half the size and twice the price.
Iris is an unpolished gem that deserves your attention if you are in the West Medford area.

This was an awful decision. I ordered French fries, buffalo chicken wings, and jalopeno poppers. Normally fried things are crispy. Everything was soggy. It was hugely disappointing and I will never order here again. Seriously how do you screw up fries?

Hour and 45 mins for a wrap to be delivered at 8 pm!!! Never again and to top it off my food was almost at frozen!!!

Who wants cold food ??? Ordered food from here, waited 30 minutes after the expected delivery time to see my if the driver left and finally got a call back from the driver ten minutes later telling me he rang the bell when it says «do not ring, to call» and he tells me he doesn’t have a phone, chuckled, and that he will be at my house in 7 minutes –_​– random amount of time but whatever I canceled my order because who wants their food cold !? I also ordered in the past their «spicy fries» we’re regular plain fries with buffalo sauce. Thought id give them another chance but never again

Winner Winner Turkey Dinner 2015!
We had Iris’ cater an early Thanksgiving Dinner party for 15-​friends, and we weren’t disappointed. The food was hot and on time. The owner of the restaurant personally helped me. The turkey was larger than we hoped for, and the mashed potatoes tasted scratch made complete with a few home cooked lumps and buttery (not from a box). The stuffing, which was also scratch made, was traditional (no chestnuts, no raisins, etc.) The corn was also delicious and obviously cut from the cob.
Personally, I’m not a fan of cranberry sauce, but cranberry sauce/​jelly was included.
We had enough left overs for 5 of us the next day

I started coming to this place about 2 months ago. Have been here in person twice and ordered about 4 times for delivery. My girlfriend loves one of their wraps, I usually get the 4 cheese pizza which is delicious. Up to today, I would give this place 5 stars. If I had only been here once (today), this place would get 0 stars.
I ordered a steak tip sub which was gross. There was very little meat, and the meat that was there was mostly fatty and chewy. No flavor at all. On top of it all, the sub was cold. It took one hour and six minutes to deliver one sub to a place within 0 5 miles. And, with a 3 dollar tip, the delivery guy could not even come upstairs to the door.
Very bad experience today. Very disappointed since I really liked this place, the people are always friendly, the food is normally good, but after this time I will not be coming back.

By far one of my favorite places to eat in the Medford area. I’ve gone here twice now and both times the food has been sooooo good! Highly recommend the turkey avocado wrap. And the people who work there are super nice.

Great service!
My wife and I stopped here for lunch on the way home from Logan recently and we weren’t disappointed.
The selection is varied and perfect for a quick lunch. We opted for a couple of subs which were freshly made and substantial enough that we needed to box them up.
It was the service that was most impressive, however. The staff here were exceptionally accommodating and we felt very welcome.
We’ll definitely return.

I really like iris food. There is sufficient variety on the menu to please a crowd. and I like their shakes, if you’re looking for a treat (ordering delivery will melt them, so prepare to stick it in the freezer if you go that route).
Most recently I got a Caesar salad with shrimp (+ $ 4). At first, I thought 5 shrimp for $ 4 was a rip off, but these prawns were giant! So they filled me up.
I highly recommend this place. They usually take about an hour for my delivery. Pretty standard.

I have ordered a bunch of times from Iris because there is no delivery fee and pretty inexpensive.
Like any establishment that serves food there is usually good and bad along with inconsistency.
Things that are enjoyed are the Seafood and most of the appetizers.
Delivery usually takes a long time. In excess of one hour and the ‘meats’ chicken, deli, ground beef, etc all lack taste and freshness.
The salads are pretty good.
Delivery drivers are usually pretty cold, as they say nothing to you whilst at your door.
Still unsure as to how I feel about this place. Probably will stay away for a while and check back in to see if any changes happen in the next few months.

Ordered through Foodler. Took 1 hour to deliver a small pizza and a salad and the driver knew the salad wasn’t there and just assumed I would be okay with it. so I called the restaurant and the conversation went like this:
Iris — «IRIS, how can I help you?»
Me — «I’m at (address) and my order was just delivered without my salad»
Iris — «Yeah, I know. You want me to credit that back to your card?»
Me — «No, I want the salad… it was half of my order and I’ve been waiting an hour, and yes, I want it»
Iris — «OK, we will do that, you have to understand it’s Friday and we are busy!»
Me — «I understand that, but is it going to take an hour to get me the salad? We are a mile away!»
Iris — «You want it to take an hour, then fine it’ll take an hour»
The conversation went downhill from there and ended with me telling the guy to shove the salad up his A.
Needless to say at that point I was done with the convo and this restaurant altogether.
**UPDATE — Foodler has confirmed the guy I was speaking with was the OWNER of Iris. That makes the whole thing even worse!!!
