Please do not invite these people into your home! After the first visit we had areas of our carpet that did not dry for 3 days, which caused water stains on the carpet. We called and scheduled for them to come back and correct the problem. They cancelled once and did not show up a second time. On the third attempt, they did remove the stains, but before they left the house I saw damage to our walls with the paint/​wall chips still laying on the floor. When I showed Don the damage, he suggested that I put «white out» on the wall. After much dissatisfaction with their service I mentioned that we would most likely be seeking some of our payment back. At that time, he became combative and began swearing at me in my home with young children present. When asked to leave, he also re-​entered the house and stood in the doorway so I could not immediately close the door. This interaction was very frightening for myself and my children. Several phone calls followed this visit where he continued to swear at myself and my husband. For your family’s safety, please do not invite this company into your home.
