Papa Gino’s Pizzeria

Papa Gino s food is very good. especially there italian subs. The people who work there are very friendly

Placed an order online, with confirmation number and delivery time of 905 pm. Call the store at 925 asking on status of the order and they claim they never got it. Don’t bother.

I like this restaurant because it has a better quality area and the food is really good I would suggest you try the bread sticks

I’m done ordering from this location. Nothing but a ridiculous wait time and tonight was the last time dealing with it. Ordered pizza, delivery said 7:30. At 7:50 I call the store to see where my order is, its still at the store, not even out to be delivered. A notification would have been nice.

Great service. Laura was really nice to us. Ended up here twice over the holiday weekend and both times service was fast and our order was what we were expecting.

Bad customer service! I recently ordered pizzas for delivery by 1:45 for my son’s birthday party. I called at 11:30 to place the order just to make sure they would have advance notice. The ordering part went as expected. The woman asked for my number and as usual, she was able to pull up my name and address which she read back and I confirmed. I was also adamant that the pizzas be at my home by 1:45 for a birthday party. However, by 2:00, pizzas still had not arrived. I called them and spoke to the same woman who said the delivery man left a while back and should be there shortly. Interestingly enough, she asked from my address again to pull up the order so she could confirm. By 2:15 still no pizza, I called back again and spoke to the same woman but this time, I asked to speak to a manager. She placed me on hold and another woman came on who said that my pizzas were being delivered to a different address IN THE NEXT TOWN OVER! She then asked to place me on hold to call the driver. At the same time, I received a call directly from the delivery man who said that he was given a different address. When he finally arrived at 2:30, I was asked to sign the sales slip which listed my home address but right above my home address was the random address in the next town. It was no fault of the delivery man but the woman who took the order and subsequently spoke with me several times when I called back with my inquiries was disrespectful and curt. She was more interested in rushing me off the phone then actually looking into the matter.

Has to be one of the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my entire life out with friend and one has a broken leg and THE MANAGER doesn’t even walk 3 feet to bring him his pizza. And you can constantly hear the MANAGER screaming at his employees while I’m trying to enjoy my food they have a table designated for them to sit and drink soda and talk and have people wait in line.
I highly recommend NEVER eating here Papa Gino’s corporate should really consider a change in management if they want there medfield store to stay in this neighborhood.

Rustic pizzas from here are really good. The cashier always greets me with me a huge hello. I have enjoyed every pizza from here without a doubt. Great service too.

The food it self is not bad, and the same as all other papa gino’s food. The problem is how long food takes and the custom service.
–I have ordered online and told my food would be there in 30 minutes, after an hour it typically arrives. I have also ordered and then called back 20 minutes later to be told they are out of what I ordered.
–Another issue I have is they never have ready slices, when I stop in.

I went there, an about an hour later i had my whole order, and all of my food was cold. I’m pretty sure they only can hire 3 people including the manger at this location. Also the claw machine is $ 1.00 for one try. The salad took forever to get, and it was overpriced.
My word of advice: Don’t go. Go to the neighboring restaurants, go to Dunkin Donuts or From Scratch instead! Anything but Papa Ginos is a good choice.

First, the good news: the pizza is not bad if you actually get what you ordered. But guess what?! I have to echo the previous reviewers’ conclusions that what you get here often borders on THE WORST SERVICE EVER. After several instances where a phone order resulted in very long lead times quoted for an order only to find that my pizza was not even in the oven when I arrived, one has to wonder if the folks running this place have any concept of what customer service should be?

This is one amazing Papa Gino’s.
It’s my favorite.
I don’t normally visit often because I normally order pizza for dinner, or other meals for dinner, and never bother with this location, because at rush hour, Route 109 is a nightmare. But, that being said, I used to visit this restaurant at least once a week during my weekly trips with a family member to fields on Hospital Road. This place NEVER let me down. There is a full dining room as well as a mini seating area near the checkout area. The dining room is large, has bathrooms adjacent, and has a few arcade-​like machines.
The employees are always friendly and you can see them all making your food from checkout, which is always assuring.
Amazing Papa Gino’s location… I would visit more often if I could… and hopefully I will…
