Amazing Nails

Read great reviews so I decided to give it a try. They have a variety of nail polish, but I brought my own essi. The place felt really clean, and the owner was really friendly. Different from other salons, they did my fingers first then my toes. $ 30 dollars for a mani-​pedi. For $ 1 more each for both feet and hands, they said I could get a special nail polish covering to last longer. It isn’t even a week, and my nails are chipped more than normal. I would return, but I wouldn’t spend extra for the top polish.

Don’t come here and even waste your time. I just had a gel manicure and was clearly a huge inconvenience. And if your wondering if they were busy, I was the only customer there considering it was 11 am. I hate to write a bad review somewhere but I was so put off by their customer service, or lack thereof. Id like to think my experience isn’t the norm, but I won’t be back.

Awesome salon! Best pedi and mani in town. Or out of town for that fact. The staff has a great appreciation for their work. In wouldn’t go anywhere else. I also think their brow and lip service far exceeds any other salon I have tried in the area. I have been find here for years and would recommend to family and friends

Very impressed with the service and abilities. Had my nails done previously and hated them. Looked horrible. I walked in and they set up with a whole new set. Very quick and efficient. Everyone was extremely nice and accomodating as I was there on my lunch break.

I was in Camp Hill for the holidays and wanted a manicure that would last me from Christmas through New Years Eve. It is now almost two weeks later and my manicure looks maybe a couple days old. They took their time and were super friendly. Many of their customers seemed to be regulars.
I also had my eyebrows done there. She did a very nice job and took her time. She recommended a brow mascara that I ended up purchasing a few days later.

I thought I would try this salon since it’s a little closer to my home than Endless Nails (where I’ve been going lately). The price for their gel manicures was also slightly cheaper. Well, that will be my last time going here. I was able to be taken right away. Their process to get the gel from my previous manicure off was not very good. The lady who took off my previous gel manicure was rough and had a very thick accent that was difficult to understand. Then another lady took over to do the actual gel manicure. I felt she was very rushed. She kept going between me and another customer that was beside me. I didn’t feel that I got a good experience because this lady was rushing to get out for some program, presumably for her child. When she was applying the gel polish, she got some on the side of my finger in a few different spots and didn’t bother to fix it. Then she told some guy there, maybe her husband??, to «do her hand massage». So, he starts doing a hand massage me which was not very pleasant at all due to his extremely rough (calloused??) hands.
Overall, it was not a very good experience and I’ll be sticking to Endless Nails from now on!!!

I will NEVER go to another nail salon in the area again after discovering Amazing Nails!!!
I relocated here earlier this year from New York and was TERRIFIED at going to a new place — I had been going to my nail place back home since high school (over 10 years). After going to four different places and having horrible experiences I saw this place while driving by one day and decided to take a chance, and boy was I happy I did. Extremely efficient, didn’t rush me out and SO CLEAN! And I know it’s ‘old school’ but I was happy to discover that they still have an air brush machine and I was able to use it for my french. I prefer air over hand brushing for french as it just comes out so much cleaner, so I’m super happy :)

I had a mani pedi for $ 30, and I couldn’t have asked for better service!

I have tried several places in the area and none have had the right combination of skill and service. Amazing Nails had a mani pedi for 30 dollars so I tried them. Pedi was fantastic, mani was just ok (the color ran out and they stretched the polish farther then they should). When it came time to pay I used a card and they over charged me. I think he sneaked in a tip thinking I wasn’t going to leave one. I didn’t notice til later and left a cash tip too. They cut my sister and didn’t even apologize then left her on the chair for her toe nails to dry and never came back to her. Don’t think we’ll be going back.

Nails look great! This place fixed my acrylic that was a mess from the place in the Carlisle Walmart (somehow chipped off a corner). She made sure everything was even, and done right! Definitely coming back!
Their hours are convenient (m-​w 9:30−7, th&f 9 – 7, sat 9 – 5), and prices are reasonable! ^__^v

I unfortunately have to give them a low rating. I went in to get individual lashes. The owner spoke good english so that was a plus (the only one). When we went into the back room to apply the lashes the bed that she had me lie down on looked dirty. She didnt have a clean towel at the place where I lay my head. Second, she did NOT wash her hands before touching me in the eye area. She handled her iPad and took photos but didn’t cleanse hands. Also, she did not even cleanse the eye area. I found that to be strange. Also, the glue actually went INTO MY EYE. I don’t think this is supposed to happen! I told her and she blew that little fan in my face. She did suggest that probably I was not a good candidate, removed the lashes she could and I was on my way. No, I didn’t pay but I should not have. I will not be going back. State board needs to check into her salon.

I’m so happy to have found a place like Amazing Nails. I got a full acrylic set and two fills at LA Nails in the Capital City Mall and they were TERRIBLE. I went for my fills at exactly 2 weeks apart. They never did a good job of taking off the parts of the acrylic that were not adhered to the nail and after 2 fills I had mildew growing in the pockets they left.
The girls at Amazing Nails took great care of me. I had to have the nails removed and they did a new full set. They are very friendly and I love talking to them. They worked with me to explain the different choices I had and worked with me to come up with what worked best for me and my lifestyle so I have the best looking nails possible. I now have the best nails I’ve ever had!
My wedding is coming up in a few weeks and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my nails. I’ll never go anywhere else! Thank you Tran and Quiyan!!!

They do a fabulous job! Only $ 30 for manicure and pedicure. Great prices. Just renovated interior so it is nice inside.
