Changes Beauty Salon & Day Spa

This place is awful. Do not get waxing done at Changes unless you would like to be disfigured.
I just had the worst brazilian wax of my life. I am swollen, have raw skin, and severe bruising… oh and lots of hair left. The so-​called esthetician took an hour to do my wax (they normally take 15 – 20 minutes). She also didn’t even attempt to do the back. I guess I should be grateful she doesn’t know what a brazilian wax is or else I would have raw, bruised skin in other places. Can I also mention again that I still have a lot of hair left? She also repeatedly kept telling me it was my fault for waiting so long to get a wax and that’s why it wasn’t working.
I call absolute BS! She clearly had no idea what she was doing or the salon had poor equipment. Probably both. have been getting brazilian waxes on and off for about 8 years now and have gone 6+ months between waxes with no issues whatsoever. I have even had waxes while traveling/​living in third world countries that were 1000X better than this wax. I have never in my life had bruising, swelling, or skin ripped off until coming to Changes. I will never, ever, ever, ever go here again or let anyone who I know go here. It is truly awful.
