I will never call these people again. We called for two days in a row being promised that we would get a call back while me and my son sat here with no heat. They didn’t even have the common respect to call me back. Thanks for nothing!!!

Edited in 2015: The shop has changed hands; employees have changed. They don’t return calls. They don’t follow-up after they say they’ll be back. What a shame! They used to be THE place to go to. Now I’m looking for a new HVAC place. From 2014: These guys are my regular HVAC guys. When my house filled with the smell of propane just before one of those polar vortexes was about to hit, they came out within minutes to check what was going on. They ordered the part, kept me apprised of when it would arrive, and installed and double-checked the system the moment the part came in. They determined the entire problem was the propane company’s fault, and have supplied me with copies of their bill as well as the last maintenance check, which showed the system was in fine condition. They also wrote a letter under their letterhead explaining exactly why the propane company should be held responsible(and reimburse me for the repairs as well as a hotel stay). Friendly people to work with. My only suggestion would be that they go ahead and schedule regular customers for maintenance checks before the various«high seasons» of their trade. Thanks, Flynn & Son! I’m warm again!
