Pros: Website has fantastic option for building interactive rosary; able to order complete rosary kits; Owner is very polite on the phone; Owner did agree to comp the order due to difficulties($ 25) Cons: Rosary Shop suffers from poor communication when errors occur; customers may find themselves spending additional time to get updates on order. Placed order online on 07 Apr. Estimated ship date was 11 Apr. Delivery date deadline from Seller was 25 Apr. When no order arrived on 25 Apr, it took a few attempts to contact Seller. Seller claimed one item was on backorder but was expected by that Friday. It was agreed if that item was not in by Friday, the rest of the order would be shipped, and the part would be shipped separately. Seller asked me to call back to remind him. It took numerous calls before I was able to get ahold of him finally on 12 May, after I had opened a claim with Paypal. E-mails were not answered and the phone would ring before going to a staticky signal, and then drop. He explained he had been very ill, and the missing order still had not arrived. Due to Paypal’s rule’s on claims, resolution was due 01 Jun. The decision to start the claim with Paypal was made because I felt the seller had gone dark. That day, he expected the order to arrive early on the week of 15 May. He contacted me on his own volition on Friday, 20 May indicating the part arrived and the package would ship«early next week.» At 1600ET on Tue, 24May(looking back, while I felt it was near the end of day, it would have been 1300 for him) I requested a shipping status. At 1500, 25May I requested a status again. He stated it had shipped earlier in the week, with no exact date. I was showing concern because there was no actual update the item had shipped, including website, emails, or contact. I requested a tracking number, as with the deadline approaching, there was a small window to receive the item. It closed with a tense message. I was accused of being skeptical and having a lack of trust. He stated my repeated inquiries had caused excessive costs(«My patience with this has expired. Your scepticism [sic] and lack of trust — whatever their genesis — have turned this into a time-consuming situation that far exceeds the monetary value of this order. This has cost us far more than the order value, and diminished our ability to serve other customers.»). He closed by issuing a refund and telling me he «trusted I would do the right thing» when I received the package. I felt my inquiries were justified due to order being 30 days late past deadline, combined with poor communication. Not understanding what the«right thing» was, I called(I do not do well with subjectivity). For several minutes, he insisted I do whatever I thought was right, without defining right, before he finally told me to keep the order. The website design, while dated, is very creative. You can select from their entire stock and the page will create a virtual version of the rosary, which is a great concept. The owner is polite, though evasive in taking responsibility. Customers, remember mistakes and events outside seller’s control can happen(i.e. Backorders); Sellers, remember most customers are okay with things going wrong as long the customer is informed. With the exception of his message on 20 May, the seller was never proactive with providing information. People don’t like uncertainty. Recommendations to seller: –Verify proper operation of voicemail. –Send an email to buyers when an item goes to backorder. –Setup an auto-reply on your email when you are out of office. I wanted to make rosaries for my mom and grandma for mother’s day and after spending a ridiculous amount for beads, I looked to the internet for an easier and less expensive option. Somehow I stumbled across the rosary shop website & I’m so glad I did. They have so many options to pick from to customize your own or purchase a kit. I got the beads and parts in a reasonable amount of time. I was pleasantly surprised with this business!

Slowest. Service. Ever. It took 12 days after my order was placed just to put 6 bags of beads into an envelope(which actually was packaged in 1 giant, inconvenient bag, and was 22 beads short of my total order). Then another 4 days to ship USPS, with no tracking confirmation. It was already a leap of faith ordering beads with no pictures posted on the website. Since I can get lower prices and faster service from other rosary supply shops, I won’t be ordering here again.

I don’t have many Rosary repair shops in local area myself. I sent it in, and yes I did wait for the repairs of the two rosaries sent. However, I’m not complaining. The quality of their repair work is perfect, and well done. Their pricing is reasonable. If you need repairs this is a good shop and you will be happy with the end results.

Poor communication, poor meaning NO communication. Didn’t return emails, several emails, don’t answer their phone, don’t answer paypal disputes. Trying to get refund for product. You’d think with the Christian name you could depend or trust. Not the case for this shop.
