Portion is nothing like the picture, very cheap either the meat. I picked them because I was in rush and this restaurant had no line(I should know why). I wanted to cancel after I saw my cheesesteak was not what I expected(I have not touched my food and they still had them), but she said no refund!

Stingy with toppings, total rip off for what they serve. Strongly discourage anyone to go!

Their pictures are deceptive. They’re stingy with their ingredients when they asked us what we want in our sub. Greasy stale… We should have gone with the Five Guys burger To give them a benefit of the doubt, it was close to closing time???

I was denied water here while walking by with my friend. My friend got water but I didn’t. The denial of water is not a store policy because my friend got some, so I found that insane, especially because I told them I have ate here before. I will never being going here again. Who denies a simple thing of tap water.

Anything but a Great Wrap Overall: 1.5 Stars I understand that this is «fast food» or «food court» food, but the quality and flavor were remarkably disappointing. Do NOT order the Philly Cheesesteak from here. You will regret it as you as you look at it and bite into it. The meat looks as though it has been sweated instead of cooked on a grill. The quantity of meat is disappointing for the $ 9 I paid for the cheesesteak. Then again, I don’t think I wanted more. The tomatoes and lettuce in the cheesesteak were questionable at best. I am not certain of this, but I believe they actually heated up the cheesesteak in a panini press after putting in the tomatoes and lettuce. That is supposed to be done before you put in other ingredients. The lettuce sweated in the sandwich making it a little soggy. I finished the sandwich because I was hungry, but never again will I try food from here(not like I will be in the area again anytime soon). The cheese fries were decent. I typically don’t enjoy early curly fries, but even though they were greasy, they had a good taste. The cheese is dispensed from a nacho cheese dispenser. So nothing special there. The service is decent, but for individuals who aren’t regulars it is difficult to understand what they are asking. If I’d have they would put tomatoes and lettuce in my cheesesteak, I most certainly would have said something. I regretted not going to the Philly Cheesesteak stand; it is likely I would have gotten a better bang for my buck from a place that actually specialized in the dish I tried. Odds are favorable for you to find another restaurant/stand and have a better experience than Great Wraps.

So I order a vegetarian wrap and the lady informs me they are out of mushrooms but she can substitute it for another vegetable, she was really nice I changed my order to the falafel wrap and she made it for me I move up to go pay and I order fries and a drink. Another lady tells me my total will be $ 12.45 as I’m handing her my card and quickly swipes it before I can even say anything! I right away realized that there’s no way 6.45 +3.99 for the fries and drink and then tax would add up to $ 12 so I tell her and she’s telling me I ordered hummus I told her I didn’t and she refuses to say anything doesn’t even give me the fries and as I tell her she overcharged me she begins to yell at me and tell me to go to the side because she«cannot deal with this since it’s so busy» and snatches my receipt out of my hand. ??? I tried to tell her that she overcharged me again and she again yells and tells me she will not deal with me that there are customers and then I just stood there and waited patiently for my fries and went to sit down with my friend grabbing my receipt back as I left. I sat there and told him and he was like don’t worry we’ll go fix it. I mean it’s just a dollar but still it’s not right to just over charge people like this and then treat them like that. I tried to talk to her and she then says«AREYOUPLANNINGONBUYINGSOMETHINGELSEBECAUSE I CANNOTDEALWITHYOU» ??? We left and as we were walking around the mall this lady just ruined my day I then again complained to my friend and he went back up and talked to her. She then said that I was right and she did overcharge me but to come back tomorrow for the dollar. Then just took it out of the tip jar. We then took the dollar and some cents she gave us and gave her a $ 10 tip. I will pay for great service I don’t mind tipping over 100%. However this lady was just outright rude! Horrible service but the food was pretty good. Also, she then asked us where we were from! What’s does that have to do with anything? Is she being racist. Then she ignored me and told my friend that people from her country are kind. I don’t get it. I think she said her name was mehre or something like that but whatever. Worst experience ever. Will not be returning and taking my money(and tip she cares so much about) elsewhere. Would give this place negative stars if I could.

Weekend at Tyson’s mall. After I finished shopping with my folks I just wanted to have something quick to eat at the food court. I decided to stop by great wraps to have a quick bite of a «Mall-wrap» eating experience. I ordered a regular 6′ inch wrap with jalapeño fries and a bottle of water. The staff wasn’t really at their best of customer service. I think they could have done better. I asked the lady at the counter to add some some tsaziki sauce on my wrap and she bluntly replied, «it would cost fifty cents extra and then later on she said that she wasn’t allowed to add any other sauce to my wrap since the default recipe says it goes with Italian dressing. When I got at the cash counter to pay for my wrap I was given proper change and everything since I used cash instead of card but the cashier would refuse me to give singles instead of five dollar bills cause I told her«I need to tip you guys» she replied saying, «I can’t open the cash register again» Over all I think the place can do well if the staff is a little more friendly.

Pretty good, went here for the first time the other day, kinda pricy though. But I like the choices of the wraps and variety.

I was looking for something semi-healthy and light to eat for lunch, and even though I stood what I thought was far enough away to read the menu board and not get cat-called, I still got cat-called. I saw a big picture of a falafel something-or-other with a white sauce, which looked appetizing, so I ordered it. After I paid, I watched the guy make it and I noticed he put no white sauce on it. So I asked if he could put white sauce on it and he snaps back, «60CENTSEXTRA!» Well shit, if I had anything other than a credit card on me I would have handed over their precious 60 cents, but I didn’t, so I just shrugged at them with an annoyed look on my face, and they kept making it, without white sauce. As I stood there and looked at the picture of the sandwich with a big dollop of white sauce that was looking back at me in mockery, I grew more and more frustrated. When my sandwich was ready I said to the man, «You know, the picture shows white sauce — you should really warn people it costs extra for it before they order it.» The man snapped back, «THAT’S FORTHEFALAFELPITA. YOUGOTTHEWRAP.» Well shit… After staring at him blankly for approximately 3 seconds, I took my tray, sat down and ate my tasteless wrap that was clearly missing something like a white sauce. They lost a potential return customer over 60 cents. Even if the wrap tasted great, I was so put off by customer relations, I would never return. And they don’t have to worry about pleasing customers or anything, I mean there’s no competition… they’re only in a food court in Tysons mall…

It’s a little expensive especially compared to Five Guys, but sometimes I just don’t feel like eating a burger. It’s a reliable joint right in the food court of the Tysons I mall. I really like their curly fries, and their«healthier» food options. This place is open during regular mall hours.

11.65 for a buffalo chicken wrap combo is just too much. That being said, it’s pretty good food. Minus 1 star for the prices, minus 1 star for the so-so service. How are you gonna work there, rip a hole in the tortilla, look at me looking at the tortilla, and keep going?

Yes, this is a franchised chain, but I needed a quick bite to eat while waiting for someone at Tysons Corner and headed to the 3rd floor food court. After perusing all my options, I almost caved in to the thought of getting some kabob’s, but then I saw the prices and thought… not worth it(probably another review at some point). but I picked this place and it was definitely worth a try. The prices were reasonable for location, service was fast and best of all there was a decent menu selection for just about any type of wrap you can possibly want(or need)… I ended up with a southwestern chipotle wrap and was quite pleased with the amount of food i got and how tasty it was. Now I just wish there was one closer to my house since I hate driving through the Tyson’s parking gauntlet. Short review, I know, but what else can you really say about a fast food-type, chain wrap place? It’s good for what it is!
