Andrew was great! We really liked how he listened to what we were looking for, then guided us around the various mattresses to try out. Andrew is really knowledgeable about all their brands and highlighted the differences in an easy way to understand. Andrew also was patient and not at all pushy or aggressive — a sales trait we appreciate and a difference maker! We really enjoyed our shopping experience, and purchased a new King set we cannot wait to sleep on!
Best part– which we didn’t know — is the 1 year Happiness Guarantee and Price Guarantee from Mattress Firm — this alleviated my concerns about buyer’s remorse.

I have been so happy with my Sealy mattresses from Mattress Firm. I’ve now purchased three complete sets and they have been a dream. I highly recommend the Caversham pillowtop. Be sure and ask for Rodrick. He was so patient with me and a great help. Thank you Rodrick for everything.

I had no idea what I was looking for, it’s a mattress for crying out loud! Alex was very helpful and took the time to explain the different products and the benefits that catered to my needs. We finally selected a Sealy Posturpedic and Alex was even able to get it delivered next day!
