I’ve been to many Lowe’s Home Improvement stores in my career being in business and I must say that this one is my favorite. There’s a guy that works there named Ron Fergison(I may have spelt his name wrong) and he has the best customer services skills in the building. Every single time, our company can rest assured that with Ron behind the wheel, everything and every project is going to go smooth. Keep up the great work guys!

Awesome store my first time at this one. The young man in garden section retrieved a cart for me. Super nice guy! And they had tons of the hard to find balloon flower plant. Great experience.

Bought a Samsung black stainless washer and dryer. Beautiful appliances however; when purchased was asked by salesman if we wanted delivery in the morning, late afternoon or evening. I picked late afternoon so I would not have to take the entire day off from work — only to get a call on the morning of delivery to be told by the delivery person that they don’t deliver in late afternoon or evening and that he would be there around 12:30 — which would have been okay if I would have not been given the option and also for the fact that he called while I was on my way to work an hour away. Barely got to work when I had to leave again to meet them at my house. Waited a week for the appliances to be delivered because they are special order only to see the dryer that was delivered was scratched(pretty bad) in the front. The delivery person never mentioned it and left. When I went in to look at the new appliances and saw the scratch I called the delivery person only to be told«sorry I didn’t see it guess my glasses were wet» — SERIOUSLY??? I saw it as soon as I walked in the room. Salesman and other employees are nice — but would not purchase any appliances again from Lowe’s and have them deliver. The people they have deliver does not put the customer first at all. Extremely disappointed in delivery personnel(2nd time I’ve ordered and got something delivered from this Lowe’s with a bad experience) — called and complained to an Asst. Manager who asked to have another dryer ordered. Another week and ½ to have that one delivered. Another day of waiting on when THEY want to deliver it.

Standard Lowe’s experience whenever I have shopped here. Associates are pretty hands off but polite. Checkout staff is polite and there have typically been enough registers open. My real gripe with this location is getting to it from 380. Getting in from 75 South is great, but 99% of the traffic is coming in from 380 and navigating through this maze of a plaza is terrible.

We just moved here from out of state, and were shopping for a refrigerator. We shopped around, and then as a last stop, went into this Lowe’s. We had excellent service in the appliance dept and ended up selecting a model and purchasing a refrigerator. The saleswoman made a point to check in the back and make sure that they had the one we wanted, and scheduled delivery for the next day. She was knowledgeable, natural, helpful and friendly. At 7:30 am the next morning, my doorbell rang, and two very nice delivery young men brought in my refrigerator with great care, hooked it up and showed me how to use it. They were polite, professional and friendly. One of them left me his card with contact info in case of questions or concerned. I was thrilled! The next day, my husband and I agreed that the fridge was pretty loud. I called Lowe’s to see what we could do, and the person on the phone told me that the delivery dept was closed, but that I should call the next morning and they’d come back out. No need to call! At 7:30 am my doorbell rang and the same two delivery men came back to see what was going on. I was told that I could return the fridge for the same model to see if it was any better, or return it completely and get another model. I decided to get another fridge of the same model, and the guys said I’d need to call Lowe’s to schedule that. But again, no need! Later that day, they guys arrived at my home with another fridge, same model, which they hooked up for me and took the other one away. I have been completely blown away by the level of service that this Lowe’s has provided. I might mention that we’ve never shopped at Lowe’s before, but we certainly will in the future. In fact, we need a washer and dryer, and that’s where we’re going to get it.

The employees here are great. We have been using Lowes for projects from small to large for many years and have always been very happy with their selection, pricing and service. Tonight we came looking for a replacement toilet bowl. Two employees helped us pick one out and explained the differences between them and reassured us on how easy they are to install. I’ll update once the project is done tomorrow.

250th review? It has to go to Lowe’s who has repeatedly saved my butt over and over in the past two weeks. Hubby and I moved into a new house and all the aches and pains of that have resulted in astronomical totals at the cash registers at our local Lowe’s, but for the level of service we’ve received there and the fact that every time we go everyone is smiling, joking around and working hard, it’s worth it and makes it a fun trip even as we break the bank. They have everything you could imagine, at great prices, and my favorite new discovery here is definitely the fact that you can rent their Lowe’s pick-up truck for $ 19.99 for the first 75 minutes, and then just $ 5 for every 15 minutes after. When you’re buying large things, or need to move large things, this is the BEST. I also can’t say enough about their customer service. They are so helpful and really do their best to find the answers to your questions even if it means walking around the store with you for 15 minutes and calling several people on their walkie-talkies. Lowe’s has my heart for now, most definitely.
