Met with survey questions, what your name, number and how did you hear about us. While these seem reasonable had they been friendly tone, rather than adversarial one that you must provide these before passing go. I did unfortunately get to pass go. Told the stylist I wanted a trim with scissors. Her response was«no shears, just scissors?» I said yes, but she didn’t inquirer how short or when was the last trim. I could have related to her in sheep terms such as 6 ½ in length but she wasn’t interested and I wasn’t in a sheep frame of mind. Needless to say it turned out very very short. Another stylist offered her waiting customer a beverage, upon hearing this mine offered too but this was 95% into it and wanted the other 5% over asap.

Get my haircut here on a regular basis by Emily. What’s there to say? Great haircut, nice environment, shampoo and scalp massage. Its like $ 20 bucks. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive around. Happy customer and will continue to keep going. Give it a try if you’re looking for a new place to get a haircut. Just wish they were open on sundays.

Love all the girls! Emily puts some fun colors(pink and blue) in my hair. We had ventured out and tried several different ways to put colors in. She is so sweet, fun, and easy going. I would recommend her to anybody. :)

I really don’t know what the other reviewer was expecting, the girls here are very up front about the package they provide at Knockouts. There’s either a $ 25 package or a $ 45 package and that’s the deal. The girls are AWESOME and my husband loves going here because he always looks great and feels good after he leaves(especially with the free beers they provide, lol). The one my husband does is the $ 45 one called The Heavyweight which is awesome. They start with a consultation about what you want done, and then do a relaxing shampoo in the beginning. Then they bring you back to the chair and do the hair cut then BACK to a really nice shampoo/rinse where they put a hot towel on your face and do a scalp massage. This is my hubby’s favorite part because he says he gets an excellent view of the girl doing his hair(HA!) and it just feels amazing. Once you’ve been relaxed into liquid bliss they’ll style your hair with product and then you’re done. The next stage down is The Uppercut which is $ 25 and they do a clipper cut and the shampoo/head massage. Whatever you’re looking for you can find it here and it’s a definite step up from something like Super Cuts which is what the other reviewer seems to have been looking for. Ugh. Anyway, free drinks + sports on the TV + beautiful girls with scissor skillz = one happy husband which always makes the weekend better!

the earlier is right. I said i needed just a haircut nothing fancy. She goes to shampoo your hair which i understand some business always shampoo. Then a hot towel on your face which you think is nice kinda like a sports clips does. Until the neck shave and scalp massage comes. When you realize you just paid 35 dollars for a haircut that should be 20. You do get a good haircut but what happen to barber shops where you go to just get a hair cut for 12 dollars?

Went in for a cut. Got it. The stylist asked me if I wanted a shampoo. I said I did not need one. Come to find out you pay for the«Heavyweight» which is supposed to include: 1. Consultation 2. Relaxing Shampoo 3. Haircut 4. Shampoo/Rinse 5. Scalp Massage 6. Style whether you get the service or not. Ifigued she asked to see if I wanted to pay for the full service or not. Nope she asked so she could slack on her job and get paid for the full service anyway. Lesson learned… I’ll find somewhere to get my hair cut. Oh and the other stylist there really could have used some pants…
