Over priced and the clothes don’t even seem clean. They don’t tell you how much it will be until you pick up. My fault for leaving the items but I thought I’d give the place a try since the location is convenient. They even had someone else’s sweater mixed in with my stuff at pick up that they were trying to charge me $ 8 for.

I asked if they would sew my daughter some pajamas. They said yes, measured her, and I gave them the fabric and told them exactly what I wanted. I got a call a couple days later to tell me they didnt want to do it anymore because it was going to be too much work. Wow. Needless to say, I was pissed. I was willing to pay whatever. They definitely lost some money

This cleaners has location going for it, but that is about all. Drop off your clothes and don’t expect to get a ticket or a receipt to show what you’ve left them with. Wonder what happens if there is a dispute… And, if you have them repair something, expect to get it back in a pile on the counter, not hung on a hanger or even folded. The women don’t smile and really don’t seem to care about the business or the customers. While they do a good job with men’s dress shirts, so do many other cleaners in a crowded market. This is a joyless business with a unpleasant vibe. You can do better. Much better.

To summarize this place into one experience: when I picked up a load of clothes, they had attached an envelope to my order with a $ 20 bill that I had left in the pocket.
I have tried lots of cleaners all over the country, and know that I have left money in pockets before and this is the first place to ever return in.
Also, their service is fantastic. They always make recommendations if they see seams that are tearing or other items that need to be fixed. They also take extra care with the shirts that I appreciate.
Couldn’t ask for a better cleaner.

I’ve been using this cleaner exclusively for about 8 years. I go in at least once a week. They do a good job cleaning and pressing clothes, but they’re dishonest. On two occasions they have lost clothing and not taken responsibility for it, until, that is, they found it. The first time I was missing 4 or 5 shirts. «No, no, we give you everything!» Several months later they found the shirts. «So sorry.» Recently, I had taken a suit to be cleaned, and when I got it home, the coat was in there along with an empty hanger. It was obvious that the pants had fallen off. The man that owns the business was openly hostile, accusing us of having lost the pants. «We give you everything! You lose it!» After about 5 minutes of arguing with him, his wife finds the pants. «So sorry. This only happen, like, 2 or 3 times.» The location is convenient, but I’ll go out of my way to avoid them now.

DON’T GO THERE!!! My daughter lent a formal dress to a friend. The friend took it to this cleaner for a couple of small spots and they ruined the dress. When the friend picked it up there were splatters everywhere and the bow was pinned on. They claimed that there was glue under the bow and that is what did it. The refused to accept responsibility for the dress and the manager’s answer to me was to take it back where we got it. That was in Seattle and we now live in Texas. I DON’T THINK SO. When asked to make it right they finally offered a $ 50 credit for their store. I don’t use that cleaner and after their attitude with this I never will.
