The food now so horrible, too salty, nothing new, the staff and owner not nice! Not recommend! We have been here so many time and we are tired with them! Now we are looking for new place to go for weekend, never come back no more

I’ve been here many many times. Admittingly, The service at these doesn’t need much. A few weeks ago I visited and the quality of food was a bit less than average. This past weekend the food was better, but the service of the host not very welcoming. Felt like ‘follow me, and lady you are lucky that we are here’. A look in the eye and smile and make sure the customer is with you; would be nice.

Once was enough. Wouldn’t eat there again. Not good. Food average and nothing special. Would have had better Chinese food at Panda Express.

My boyfriend and I decided we would try out this place and let me tell you, this food is not good. First of all the sushi was made fresh but it was warm. We have a problem with warm sushi. They also did not even attempt to clean the places they placed the sushi on to display it after each plate was done. I found the hot bar to be ok but lots of old food sitting int he trays. I think the only thing worth eating was the spicy hong kong chicken or something to the effect. My boyfriend ate from the grill and it was okay. The service was okay but the workers seemed odd like they were working for nothing and unhappy. No smiles from them at all. Would I return… never!!! This place looks like a 1970s restaurant by the way.

Yep, cheap Chinese food buffet. What once used to be the cornerstone of my diet is now something I just loathe. It’s not that is cheap, low quality food because you come to expect that. However, covering the food in plastic wrap leftover from lunch(we ate at 5:45pm) is garbage. Throw that crap out and lay out the fresh goods for supper, especially the sushi items. You know that stuff is past it’s prime so dump it. Hats iff to the employees who work here though. You are great at your jobs but you deserve better.

Stopped here on a trip, has most of the staples, general Tsos was good, hibachi Steak was excellent, sushi was decent, inside is nice and clean. No dumpling sauce only complaints. If you enjoy Chinese buffets, you will be satisfied. Almost missed the ice cream, hidden around the end of the buffet.

The steak in the hibachi grilled was amazing And I loved the scallops. Crawfish had a good Cajun seasoning. Food was very fresh. Ice cream was great. I will be back again if I am ever back in town.

I haven’t tried the grill, but the buffet is pretty good standard fare… some things good and some just okay. I like the sushi because it is a good value. I had better and I had worse. We drive 45 minutes a few times to visit so it must be decent coming from the Atlanta area. If you are in the area, stop in but keep your expectations realistic. It is good experience for my family. We want to come back and try the hibachi drill next time.

Pretty much your standard Asian buffet. I didn’t have any sushi, but the buffet foods were nicely done. I especially liked the pick-your-own hibachi. Great for low-carb dining. The vegetable selection was good and fresh. Four sauces to choose from. The shrimp was slightly undercooked for my liking, but the small ribeye was exactly as ordered. Extra props for the friendly staff and the cleanliness of buffet and restaurant.

Great spot when you’re hungry! The food was good. It’s ready when you get there. It does not taste like left over microwaved food like most Asian buffets… Even the sushi was cool(3⁄5 stars). I’d definitely come again when I want Japanese food without the show.

I went here the other day. The sushi was pretty good. The buffet part was hot(Went during the dinner«rush». There were 20 or so other people there). I tried my best to sample everything however, I didn’t get around to trying the Hibachi or any deserts. The hot and sour soup tasted the same as other chinese buffets and wasn’t too spicy. They had some things I hadn’t seen at chinese buffets before, what I think was some type of crawfish(crawdad whatever else they maybe called), that i didnt get the chance to try. The General Tso’s chicken was good with a little spice. Nothing stands out as being phenomenal but nothing was terrible. I was a little disappointed by the noodles but they may have just sat out too long. I will be going back. If you are looking for a chinese buffet this place is alright.

The buffet is huge, but there are only a few items I have enjoyed. The best thing is the choose-your-own ingredients hibachi grill. That is the only reason I go back to this restaurant.

Okay, it is what it is. I read the other reviews and thought, «am I the only one that has been to an Asian buffet before?» I am a believer in rating a place relative to what it is. You can’t rate a hamburger joint against a 3 Michelin star restaurant. You can’t do that. You rate buffets against other buffets. They make sushi. If the other reviewer got sick, that’s bad news, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t sushi. Most of it is mainstream, but the California Roll you have here will pretty much taste like the California Roll at Ru San’s in Little 5 Points. Ru San’s just has more selection, and they make it to order. In fact, for me, the quality of the Sushi(remember it is a buffet) is one of the bright spots. The buffet items are fairly standard. Nothing to get excited about. Lots of chicken coated in stuff and then deep fried. It’s good, but will make you feel like crap in about an hour. They have an hibachi. You pick your raw items and then hand them to the cook manning the hibachi. He will cook it up for you and ask what type of sauce you want. There is no onion volcano, but tip the guy anyway. They don’t make much. If you are in the mood for a buffet and don’t want to deal with Augustus Gloop hogging the chocolate wonderfall, this is a good choice.

Food is good, buffet and hibachi is great, service is not so great. There is this one waitress Serlina, who try to id your kids, get rude and nasty when you let her know that she has made a mistake on your drink, and expects a tip regardless of how she treats you. We even went back because we loved the place so much, but unfortunately we got saddle with her anyway and she did little to redeem herself. She must be the owners daughter or something. We haven’t been back.

Well, I had sushi-like food there(I wouldn’t call it sushi… maybe fishy) and I got sick. That about sums my review.(I would like to take responsibility though for going eating«sushi» in a buffet-style lunch place in McDonough)

Like most chinese/japanese buffets in the area, this doesn’t stray from the stereotype. The slight exception is that the sushi is a bit better than the typical buffet fare. Price is a touch higher than other buffets, and the atmosphere is literally that of a former Ryan’s restaurant. Food is decent at peak times when they rotate the food continuously, otherwise it just sits in the steam pans and gets hard and dry. It decent for a family of picky eaters to get a decent meal.

This is a very nice, very clean, very pleasant Asian food buffet restaurant. To me, the food is just OK. It has some tasty items, but there’s not enough I like on the buffet to make it worth the price for me.

Its a chinese buffet! Yeah, that is pretty much it. The selection is massive. They have everything you could want including a hibachi grill. Like most buffets the food isnt excellent. There are the classics of General Tso’s chicken, rice, some american food and sushi. The sushi is typical of most buffets. In other words, designed for people that simply aren’t going to pay for real sushi. Its edible but its missing that special feeling you get from real sushi. None of the food is fantastic. None of it utterly bad. Its a buffet. You’re hear to indulge in the amount of food not really the quality. The shing star is the hibachi grill. Food comes out tasting relatively good and its customized. A fair warning, the prices go up on Friday and Saturday to the point that I don’t really think it is worth it. Go on another day.

Not bad for McDonough. The food was decent, most of it was warm, not hot. If you caught the food when it was first brought out, it was hot and good. The sushi was fresh, the soup tasty and hot. Didn’t try the habachi bar due to the longer wait. The stuffed oyster and coconut shrimp were my two favorites. For a $ 12 all you can eat buffet it was well worth it. See if you can get Pinky as your waitress. She was cheery, fun and attentive.

I’m gonna keep this short and sweet, like the food wasn’t. The sushi was sub par, targeted towards people who are unfamiliar with sushi i’m sure. The hibachi grill seemed a grand idea, until i got my food back from it. My steak was well under cooked, and the vegetables weren’t cooked barely at all. If you go, go during the lunch special. Any other time, the food would definitely not be worth the price.
