I received an email from customer service which stated, «…situations can sometimes develop that prevent us from honoring a reservation.» My response, «…it is unacceptable that any of your customers would be stranded without a vehicle, which is what occurred in my situation.» We have our phone numbers listed on the reservation and a simple phone call should be made so that we can make other arraignments.
