I really hope this was an off day. I ordered the mini burgers and spaghetti squash. It came with the salad bar, and as long as you do not want tomatoes or olives or cheese well I guess it would be easier to tell you what they did have on the bar… lettuce mix and potato salad. Then they were out of squash so I got cold crunchy broccoli. So the manager just informed us he went to the market to restock the salad bar. That does me absolutely no good.

The customer service was good. The drinks are good but the food at Ruby Tuesday is just always extremely underwhelming no matter which location.

The food was terrible & the service was worse. Found a hair in my broccoli from the salad bar & the server & manager were so hasty that they thought it was from my friends salad & removed it from his bill. His steak was extremely overcooked & my pasta was one big glob. They weren’t busy so that wasn’t the problem. Terrible experience, $ 50 that most of went in the trash, be leary when considering eating here.

If I could give negative stars I would… I normally love Rubys salad bar. this one I wouldn’t feed half of it to my dog! Do yourself a favor and pick anything else other than this location to eat at!

I’m going with five stars as the experience was great. Where can you go for a good salad bar any more? Here! Comfortable seating, great service and most importantly delicious food.

Went to this location about two weeks ago. Food was good. I had a New York strip with fries and the salad bar. If you’ve been to a Tuesday’s before this was the same. The place was surprisingly empty for dinner time in the middle of the week. We sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly.

Went here for the famous ribs that fall off the bone and well… they actually did! How ’bout that? We hadn’t eaten at Ruby Tuesdays in a long time so we wondered how they were doing. Got the email promo from them so we thought we’d try them out. Walked in, hostess took us right to a table. Then, our server came up a minute later and took our drink order. 2 for 2. Next, we were delivered some tasty little scrumptious garlic rolls to nibble on. If you were starving to death, you could literally live on these things and water alone! Not that it would be that healthy but damn they’re good! Ten minutes later my meal came which was the half rack baby back ribs classic style, smothered in bbq sauce, fresh grilled zucchini, and rice pilaf with a coke.(gotta have my coke!) The ribs were probably the most tender I’ve ever had. I am really picky about my ribs too so you know they were tender. Fall off the bone was an understatement. Whom ever that Chef is, give ‘em a raise! We all had the ribs so I won’t repeat myself but they were spectacular. Next time I’ll have to try the Memphis dry rub. I’m glad we went back to Ruby Tuesday’s because they got a good system going here. Courteous employees and the manager even stopped by our table to make sure everything was good. Restaurant 101 in my book, so kudos to them. Some places could learn a thing or two.

Ok, I don’t know what Ruby Tuesday El-Mahdi tried but I really didn’t get the professional employees that looked like they enjoyed their jobs. There must have been a huge turnover of staff when I came in here last night with the family. Slow service, had to ask multiple times for additional biscuits and we were never asked if we wanted a refill on our alcoholic drinks. That’s a real no-no you don’t get between a man & his alcohol especially when it would mean a bigger bill = bigger tip. It will be a long while before I darken there door again.

The employees are professional and really look like they enjoy working there. The environment is relatively quiet and family friendly, even with the sports playing on the plasma screens. Avoid throwing away your $$ on gas driving into Atlanta, for the Southern, friendly hospitality these good folks are ready to serve at this location.
