Seems like the staff here during the evening hours are more focused on playing than getting the job done. I’ve stopped coming here because I’ve had too many orders screwed up

Horrible! Service… always out of stuff… and to be a billion dollar conpany why you don’t accept debit cards.

And they want to get paid $ 15 a hour but get a attitude when I tell them my order was wrong because they can’t read a screen… Jesus fix it!

Got our order wrong 3x and food was old. Didn’t expect much since it was McDonalds… but seriously?! Get it together! Also, hair on an apple pie

Well I read the reviews, but I don’t agree with them. Here’s my review. I’m 42, so I’ve been to quit a few McDonalds in my life from all over the United States. We travel a lot.
The person who took our order at the window in drive they was very friendly! So was the next girl who gave us part of our order at the pick up window. She asked us to pull ahead to wait for the rest of our breakfast. We waited a couple minutes and figured out that they may have forgotten us. We weren’t upset because I myself couldn’t imagine remembering everything… My hubs walked in and they were so apologetic! Right away they gave us not only our order, but also 2 hash browns, and an extra oj. They were very sincere.
When we’re getting ready to drive off, a manager also came out to apologize, and asked if there was anything else they could do. Very impressive. On top of that, the mcgriddles were amazing! :)
We will return to this McDonald’s on our return trip! :)

If I could give negative stars I would. Service was slow and rude. My order was wrong twice and when I asked them to fix it a girl leaned out the window and started yelling at us and another girl jumped in and was also swearing at us. I was scared to eat the food because these employees had no class and I wouldn’t be surprised if my food was tampered with so we left frustrated and hungry. UNBELIEVABLE!

I’ve never been on the inside of this location. I’ve never eaten anything but breakfast (as a rule, I don’t eat meat at any McDonalds and you really shouldn’t either, but I digress). I’ve only been here twice visiting my boyfriend for a quick breakfast and I thought it was a fluke the first time, but then it happened again yesterday. This location has the best biscuits I’ve had at a McDonald’s. Ever. They are huge, fluffy, not too greasy and they haven’t tried to put cheese on my egg biscuit (yes, just egg) bc it looks plain and missing something. I’m going to give them another try this morning to see if I’ve just been getting lucky, but I have a feeling they have kidnapped someone’s grandma and are holding her hostage bc in all my years, I have never enjoyed a McDonalds biscuit like that. No joke, a crumb fell onto the seat of the golf cart yesterday and I contemplated eating it. That is all.

So I sneak out just before the great dock canoe races. And No regrets to missing the party on Keewaydin. Happy to report my experience was better than the previous 2. So here is a recent quick review.
While on migration North to Wisconsin I stopped for a quick break to get a large tea. And a bite. The interior was clean and the staff were Nice burger was made before I counted my cash. It’s Near 75 easy in and out that was great for me since I’m going 1000 miles in 15 hours. seats are really comfy. Over all I’m happy. Got to go bye bye.

Would give them a zero as well. I’m a pro McDonald’s eater and have attended many. This was by far the slowest mcdonalds I have ever been too. The woman’s bathroom had no soap, no paper towels, full garbages, and the toilet paper wasn’t even in the container. The drive through line was long and even saw a drive through customer walk in to get the food. Would not recommend this McDonald’s.

Employee said «Are you shittin’ me?» When I gave him two dollars in quarters.
Calling a district manager, because I’m disgusted.
