It was my brother’s success with the program that convinced me to try it– I’d been skeptical. Something didn’t sound right about eat normal food and lose weight without exercise — heard the commercials dozens of times. Christmas 2014 I noticed my brother was not interested in the candy, deserts and other fat boy foods the rest of us commonly indulged in. I started at 207# on January 2015 and have descended and maintained 167# +/-a pound or three either way(Feb 2016). I’d suggest thinking about it a while and make sure you are truly ready to commit to the program before signing up – I’d say it’s not for everyone. I was at a point of fatness and age where I had to do something and was tired of making excuses for being fat. Since my brother was successful I gave it a try and it has been a rewarding experience.
