This is the 2nd air mattress I bought in the last month from JCPenney. The first one looked like it was pregnant. Had a huge air bubble in it. Couldn’t sleep on it. The 2nd had at least 6 holes in it. Literally when I got home to blow it I just couldn’t believe. Once I take back they don’t have to work about me shopping there anymore. I’d give then no stars if I could!

My wife took me with her while she was clothes shopping on 1⁄31. There is a small sitting area for long suffering husbands while therr wife tries on clothes. This sitting area is disgraceful as I have seen better chairs thrown out along the curb. They are totally broken down and dirty. Cant understand how the Dept. Mgr walks by this every day and permits it to continue. If he/​she is not walking by while reviewing the dept space, maybe they need a new dept mgr. I would give them an easy 4 if it wasnt for this lapse.

Already full of riff raff. Staff is slow and does not care. I guess Clayton county is starting to shop and work there. I won’t be back.

Clean, organized, and very affordable merchandise. Staff is very attentive and will ask if you need help. Just wish they had more brands of clothing to offer.
