Extremely polite employees. They welcomed me when I walked in and then invited me to join them for my tire inspection. He checked the tread on each tire and showed me on the tread wear chart where they ranked. He asked me how I liked the ride of the tires I previously purchased and seemed truly interested in my opinion. He quoted me about an hour and they were done in under 45 min. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

My family and I were on our way to Florida and ran over a lag bolt before even making it out of Atlanta. We have very expensive tires and not very common so our thoughts of how the evening would pan out were dismal. Fortunately we ended up at Discount Tire and by luck the Michelin distribution center was down the street, had recently closed, but Kaleb (according to our receipt), the service tech, managed to get a hold of someone who happened to answer after hours. Kaleb very quickly helped us out and had our new tires on in less time than it took to eat at the awful Ruby Tuesdays a 5 minute walk away. Seriously, go to Discount Tire, stay away from Ruby Tuesday!

Got my tire repaired from their free tire repair service. I was sceptical at first, thought I’d be hounded by sales gimmicks. They didn’t once ask me to buy any other service at all. I simply gave them my keys and 45 minutes later they gave it back with my tire repaired. I was very happy with the service.

I’m a fan of this chain of stores, they usually have the best prices and they usually are more than willing to price match. I’m pretty particular about my car & they are willing to put up with my demands for the care of my car. I’ve been to several locations & this is one of my favorites.
We went around a couple times to get things right but they went out of there way to do it.

THE ONLY PLACE TO BUY TIRES! I’ve bought my last 3 sets of tires from this Discount Tire location and have been more then pleased every single time. Very fast and helpful and always willing to please. The longest I’ve ever waited was 45 minutes for a set of tires and that was without an appointment. Walked in, told em the price of a set of tires the competitor was selling and they matched and beat the price. Every time I’ve had them rotate and balance my tires I was out within 30 minutes. Super friendly, super fast, super prices. What more could you ask for?
