Chick-fil-A

The drive through is complicated. There is ALWAYS A LONG LINE. The food is pretty much the same as any other location. Sometimes they seem pushy to get you away from the window but the last time I was here, the manager made sure I was completely satisfied before driving away. I have not eaten inside before. The appearance on the outside is clean. Overall, it is okay but nothing to brag about. Good customer service that’s a plus.

I’ve been going here for awhile. Few years now, off and on. Management and staff has definitely changed!!! The service isn’t what it use to be and that’s pretty disappointing. My boyfriend and I went last week, drive thru. The young girl taking our order was RUDE. I wish I got a name, she was so rude. Smacked her lips, sighed, when I asked how long my food would take because I seen 3 other cars pulled over. Then we ended up waited 20 minutes for food. Too long for me, personally.
Now tonight, we ordered a grill club with no tomato and no lettuce. We get a bun and grilled chicken. Where is the rest?! The bacon, cheese?! Pickles?!
I’m honestly tired of this Chick fil a location.
Feels like it gets worse and worse everytime.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

As time goes by-​that is the make of a true rating. So, the lines are stil long at this location which I expected. I wasn’t expecting to hear they were «out“of cookies at 3pm on a Saturday after waiting 20 mins in the drive thru line. Where’s the staff who waits to take ur order on the so called Ipad? It’s not like they’re on sale or had any bogos. The management is the same however the items weigh small in comparison to Truett’s, which is the next exit down. They communicate with the team inside so you won’t waste ur gas or time waiting on 1 cookie.
Taking my business elsewhere.

We stopped in on our way to the Taxslayer Bowl for a quick lunch. Service was excellent and fast. The staff brought our food and continued to check to see if we needed anything. The food was good and fresh. The restrooms were very clean and well maintained. This is a nice location and would highly recommend.

The food’s the same as every other Chick Fil A. Not a bad wait time. But the draw here is the workers. There are some attractive people behind the counter. And they’re nice. Hey, can’t beat a little eye candy to go with your chicken sandwich. Hey, Alyssa ;)

After working for a Chick-​Fil-​A, I have a small idea of what it takes to make a restaurant like this run well. This location has it. There are several staff that have been working in this location much longer than you’d see at another fast food restaurant.
The drive thru line is usually very long, but the lengths at which this staff is willing to serve you quickly is pretty impressive. They take your order, in person by iPad, as many as ten cars away from the window.
The food is consistently delicious and at the right temperature and the staff is always courteous. You should make this your CFA home!

My wife and I love Chick-​fil-​a and this one is closest to our house. They have good service and when they do make a mistake they are quick to give a coupon for a free sandwich. They always have lots of people in the dive through but are usually quick to keep the line moving.

Typical Chick-Fil-A…clean, very friendly service and the food is exactly what you’d expect. Location can be tough with the traffic.

I rather drive out my way or to the Stockbridge location… This location have to be the nastiest eeewh! it makes me wonder if they are franchised owned… I gave this location 4 chances because I know this is not of Chick-Fil-A’s standard. I hope the health department come and shut them down because the chicken is not thoroughly cooked, it is always still semi pink or over cooked liked its been reused even fused together, the milkshakes are not up to part almost like they been watered down… And the chicken salad has never tasted fresh. I been eat n at chick-​fil-​a since I was a teenager and this is the only location that I’ve experienced so far that does this BS.
My last visit to them I just wasted my money as soon as I bit into my nuggets they tasted raw and half cooked eewh I was so mad I just threw the whole 12 piece in the garbage…

I had to take my brother in law down to McDonough and we stopped and got 2 chicken biscuits. Normally, you can see the chicken and it’s normally hanging over the biscuit Our biscuits had the smalled piece of crap pieces of chicken ever, It was almost like they mushed 2 chicken mini patties together and put it on a biscuit. It was SMALL. You couldn’t even see the chicken if you looked at it because it was dwarfed by the biscuit.
So, if you ever find yourself wanting some chickfila and are in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and go to one of the other locations because this one is just not good.
