I visited this store a few weeks ago during my family reunion. Matt Bowley provided the best customer service and was able to assist me in finding the best cell phone for my grandmother. However, I didn’t realize I wasn’t able to return the device at a store in VA (in case there were issues) but he suggested that I visit another Verizon store just a few miles away. I was really impressed with Matt’s patience and his willingness to help me and my grandmother. I would highly recommend anyone in the PA area to visit this store and be sure to see Matt for service.
