Gone in multiple times and was treated horribly out of all the employees standing around talking I had ask them for help then was ignored when I asked about other products honestly they all in the home theater section were lazy and rude !

I usually love going to Best Buy. I love playing with gadgets, looking at the newest cool thangs & having someone help me get the best for my budget. Well, I’ve now made three large purchases at this Best Buy and haven’t been satisfied with the customer service. Last month, I went in & helped my sister purchase her MacBook Pro(I have one already and am very familiar with technology) and the young man helping us was speaking to me as if I had no idea what a computer was. I kept saying stuff to him like«uh okay I know» and«no need to explain» but he didnt listen to me and it started to grind my gears. Same experience happened with another employee but this time it was when I was buying a camera. Don’t talk to me like I’m a stupid child, ever. I know the people at Best Buy probably think they know it all but they should be competent enough to realize that their customer is getting angry and back off. They do have all the best computers, cameras, phones &DVD’s so I can’t give them only 1 star. MEH.

I just had one of the best purchasing experiences ever. This young man kept me from making a bad purchase. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me why he thought I should purchase the lesser known brand. He made valid points and eventually convinced me to purchase. Using the product I can really see what he was talking about. I’m only sorry I didn’t get his name. Best Buy you should really take care of employees like Associate # 226343.
