Nice little place on the west side of McAllister just south of town next to the Best Western hotel. We stopped there for lunch and I got a large burger that had Swiss and mushroom and my wife ordered the club sandwich. Very clean, Service was quick and efficient, and the food was predictable… In a good way.
We come this way often from Dallas-​Fort Worth area to our Lakehouse in Arkansas. Will be making future stops here as we much prefer the home service versus fast food!

Nice place to catch a bite. Had the steak med, was perfect. Little stingy on the source cream for the baked potato. Going to have to come back and try breakfast.

This is a great little old fashioned diner for breakfast (I haven’t had any other meal here). Great service and traditional country style breakfasts. I typically get biscuits & gravy and bacon, but my wife has had their omelets and really enjoyed them. When I take my kids they’ve had their French toast and had a good time as well. If you go twice, don’t be surprised if the waitress remembers your order!

SKIP Denny’s, Goodbye McDonald’s! We experienced fast service, clean ambiance, country-​sized portions, and good old-​fashioned American breakfast at an affordable price.
I had the country fried steak w/​gravy, eggs, home fries, biscuit and gravy as a side selection for only $ 7! Our two kids had good portions and pregnant wife appeased her appetite all for less than $ 20!!!
STOP HERE! You will experience one of the BEST Southern restaurant experiences you have ever had!!!

Dropped by twice while staying next door at two hotel. Good atmosphere and service. The food was much better than anticipated, though nothing spectacular. I ordered breakfast both times and food was hot and cooked as ordered. Prices are reasonable.
Overall, great place to stop by for a quick meal when passing through or staying nearby. Worth it to come back if I am ever in the area again.

O. k I know its hard to mess-​up Breakfast, and this is in a hotel parking lot. But I have been there a couple of times for breakfast and they do a really good job! this place is clean, good service and they are friendly.
it is a good place to stop for breakfast when you are on your way someplace and coffee is good and they keep you cup full!
if you are heading south on highway 69 after you get passed the last stop light, on the west side of the highway on the service road they have a little room for truck parking, it will be a little hard getting back out on the high way, but will worth the truoble…
