I recommend this store and it’s employees to anyone who needs great gift ideas! I first went to the store to pick out a pen I wanted engraved, and the staff could not have been more helpful! I want to mention one employee in particular just because her service was so excellent. Day not only helped me pick out the perfect gift, but she was really patient with my indecisiveness and her input helped me find exactly what I wanted! Because I was so pleased with my experience there, I went back to have another item engraved and Day and her associate were nothing but kind and I was 110% satisfied yet again. I went back a third time to get an additional engraving (I just think they make great gifts), and a different employee was working. Although I requested one particular engraving, she insisted I change it and told me she couldn’t change the size or do it the way I had asked. I was very unsatisfied with the product and service. I returned to have the item re-​done, and I was so happy to see Day working. She listened to me when I told her about the third unsatisfactory engraving, and SO QUICKLY re-​did it for me! And it was perfect! She made sure that I was pleased with the engraving, and I could not be more satisfied.
The store has a great selection, is in a good location, has great sales and affordable items, and excellent staff like Day!

The customer service is atrocious. I entered the store late morning Saturday, January 17, 2015 to find the lone employee working waiting on a customer. I patiently waited close to 10 minutes by the item I wanted to discuss purchasing (metal business card holders) and after approximately 5 minutes, a couple came in and started waiting across the store from me, also looking at items. Upon becoming free, the employee immediately went to the couple to wait on them as employee likely thinking couple registering for items, etc. I left the store upon seeing that poor display of service and told every store in the mall I came across who recommended them of their blatant rudeness. Sadly I was purchasing multiple items for an awards dinner! Go elsewhere for better service!

This place is amazing! I always come here when I don’t have any great gift ideas; their custom engravings on their tremendous merchandise offers some of the best of the best gifts I’ve given for Xmas and birthdays. Normally I just peruse around and I find several items that serve as original and great gifts.
This past Xmas season, with a backlog of custom engravings, the staff was incredibly nice and apologetic during the delay; actions such as these solidified my loyalty to this store and I will continue to come back here for great gifts!

Do not visit this location. My fiancé and I tried purchasing wedding flutes from here. When we received the flutes the custom engraving we purchased was incorrect. The store never corrected it, and on top of that would not provide us a refund after failing to fix the issue. Save yourself the time and money and go someplace else for custom items for special occasions.
