I did not have a positive experience experience here, huge line with only two employees behind the counter. I brought my own cup and wanted a tall and had to tell the employee she didn’t put enough in my cup and she said I only ordered a tall; she then poured it into a tall hot cup and it only came up halfway in the cup. The display case and pastry case were not very stocked. I’m glad this isn’t my usual Starbucks.

Great Starbucks in general. I used to have problems with this particular Starbucks, but they’ve come a long way since then and have dramatically improved their customer service.
Wished the location was a tiny bit more convenient, but that’s just how it is. It would be great if this particular Starbucks is bigger. It’s in a very crowded area and a lot of people pass through, especially students (2 colleges nearby). The area in which this Starbucks is located, however, is in a tight squishy corner of a strip mall type area and it’s a hassle to drive through sometimes. Otherwise it’s a decent Starbucks.

Ive been working at this location for 2 years and I’ve been reading the Unilocal reviews; some are good but most aren’t so good lol. I just wanted to let everyone know that we love our costumers and try to give them the best experience while coming to get their fix. But then again, we are all human and we can’t all be perfect. Just know we really do care and apologize for any inconveniences while visiting Starbucks in Mays Landing! Love ya guys :)

Once again in the last couple stops here, THIS location is totally a mess. My drink had to be remade because the latte was ALL froth & then when remade, it was handed to me with froth all over the cup & top. So messy & sticky for the customer. The reception was warm & cozy though. Place was messy too.

It’s a hit or miss with whether you’ll have an average or wonderful experience here, rarely super bad which is good for a chain store. Expect long lines and waits as you would with any Starbucks during busy hours especially considering it’s relatively convenient location.
Not my favorite but definitely my go-​to Starbucks shop in the area because of its location. They do the job and I have had a couple of fanned baristas here, though I can’t say they are still present and working here. Overall, not bad and I’ve had worse Starbucks experiences in other locations.

This is the go to store by almost everyone it seems as it’s centrally located. Parking is a nightmare as there never is enough. Employees are generally friendly and know what they’re doing. Being a busy store does not allow time for them to clean/​wipe tables.

Always crowded with a longer then usual wait compared to other «well run «Starbucks. Numerous times they run out of items. This date ran out of breakfast sandwich at 1050am… How does that happen? Poorly managed and convinced me to be done with Starbucks. BAM across the street. Better service, coffee and well supplied.

Filthy, unstocked restrooms, and employees who don’t care. Was told, and I quote, «we’ll get to it when we get to it.» I responded that home office kinda frowns on that, and she glared at me as if she were going to ask me to leave the store. They have a serious employee attitude problem here.

For a Starbucks, this one isn’t too bad.
I really wish this location had a drive-​thru, because it’s always so crowded. Sometimes There is even a line out the door. However, I will say that they always do get my order right, no matter how complex, and they always seem to keep their pastries and sandwiches well-​stocked.
This is my go-​to when I am staying in the Mays Landing/​EHT area (which is often), as long as I have some extra time to wait in the long lines.

Location! Location! Location! It’s got the perfect on-​the-​way to work location for me. They just updated the interior of the shop and I absolutely love it. It makes it look huge compared to how it was before. This location has a friendly staff who already know my order before I get up to the register. It’s wonderful to walk into a place and have them not only know you by name, but know what you are going to order ahead of time.

This location is stellar. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The staff here is quite friendly, quick, and efficient, despite the fact that it’s frequently busy. There are a few core staff who have been here for years and really anchor this location. Beverages are made with care and always to my (very particular) specifications. Nice selection of gifts/​take-​home items, and their cute little red velvet whoopie pies are to die for. There is a decent amount of comfy seating at this location, including outside, if you are so inclined. I’ve noticed they no longer carry the iTunes Song of the Week cards that used to come out every Tuesday… whats up with that?!
It may be cold outside, but it’s always warm at Starbucks!!!

Me? I’m a hands down WaWa coffee drinker but I frequent Starbucks, not for coffee, but Green Tea Latte… with soy. Stop laughing I happen to like the taste and if WaWa ever gets it I will never go back. Until then I will quote Lewis Black who stated «I have been to the end of the universe. It is in a small town in Texas. You know how I know it is the end of the universe? On one corner is a Starbucks, I went in got a coffee came out and to my surprise was staring across the street at a Starbucks. Yes the end of the universe has a Starbucks across from a Starbucks.»
