I put an order in for a cake for my daughters birthday about 2 weeks before it needed to be picked up on 12⁄24 for her birthday. I went in to pick it up and guess what?! NO CAKE! They were able to decorate an already made cake and my daughter didn’t know the difference but still, I wanted a specific cake with certain decorations. What made it even better is that no one said sorry about screwing up.
Other than that we think BJs is just ok, we prefer going to Costco but sometimes its too far when we just need a couple of things. After the cake fiasco though I refuse to give my money to BJs. We are definitely returning our membership.

Here about every 2 weeks, nice prices. Best part is you can use coupons from the press at BJ’S. They don’t have to be they’re own coupons. I think it’s my wife’s favorite part cause she loves to save money.
