Slow service with an ok variety of shoes. They have a rewards program for coupons and points.

Reasonable prices, but the selection left a bit to be desired. Left with a pair of dress shoes, a pair of running shoes, and a pair of boots. Prices were good (buy one, get one half off), the staff courteous.

I don’t really go shoe shopping very often, but when I do, I usually am pretty lucky. I stumbled into Famous Footwear in Lyndhurst (or maybe it’s Mayfield Heights?) about a month ago to «see what was up,» and walked out with two pairs of shoes. They were having a (aw shit, here comes that awful phrase) BOGO ½ off sale.
I waited a bit to write this review, because I thought the shoes might fall apart in a month and I’d have something negative to say. Not so. Still lookin’ and feelin’ good (as good as a brand called «Hot Kiss» can possibly look).
Even though they were supa-​cheap, I get compliments on both pairs of shoes often! They even gave me a coupon for something like 30% off anything in the store through January 31st. Maybe I’ll go back and get me a pair of FUGGs.
