My husband and I visited this location last Friday evening and we were blown away at how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Joseph helped us and was knowledgeable and efficient about frames and lenses and was such a big help with us choosing new glasses. There was another employee there and not sure of her name, could have been a manager who also was very helpful. I can’t stress enough how important it was to us that they were so approachable and pleasant. Every time the door opened, they called out a greeting to the people walking in as well. It was just such a great experience that I felt compelled to write a review. Couldn’t pass up the chance to give them kudos for all their hard work! It’s so hard to find people that actually act like they care about customer service these days! Thanks to both of them!

Had an appointment here a few months back for contact lens exam… The place wasn’t crowded… but I ended up sitting and waiting almost 40 minutes before I finally decided it wasn’t worth it and left. They were taking a bunch of walk-​in people ahead of me. Not a good way to run a business. I took the time to make an appointment, too! Will not go back.

A good place just to get a quick eye exam. Efficient and nice staff. The only thing that bugged me is that they charged me extra for an exam that I thought was part of the regular exam. All for good health I suppose.
