Wow, this place still exists? Many years ago, I bought an expensive Advent Sound-Space controller from them. It broke within days, and when I contacted Advent, they told me it had been sold before and returned under warranty. When I called Audio Craft – which had a motto something like «Umpty Ump Years of Unquestioned Ethics,» they pretty much mocked me and refused to take the machine back. Never went in again, and I simply assumed that by now they must have gone under. Guess not!

I had heard a lot about Audio Craft over the years. I was truly disappointed. One fellow was fairly helpful but another more senior fellow was dismissive and condescending. The selection is limited, perhaps because fo the nature of the store, and the education that we needed seemed to be too much for them to take the time to deliver. We went to Best Buy and immediately purchased.
