Non existent customer service, frequent wrongful orders and or just hard old donuts.
Employees here seem to lack any interest in doing a good job.
I could here the employees yelling and cursing while in the drive thru.

Nasty!!! I’m originally from NY and this what i grew up off of. This place is horrible. The donuts we’re so dry, i didn’t know what to do. Tasted like they were 2weeks old. They didn’t even have FILLED DONUTS!!! Those are the best ones!!!

Since this location changed from the combo of dunkin donuts and baskin Robbins to just dunkin donuts it has been a mess. Seems like every time I go there they some how mess the order up. I went last Friday and the guy took my order, got to the window and paid, he told another guy to make my order not sure if he was over whelmed with my order of a latte and a coffee roll or was it because his pants were hanging to far down. Which I thought about a lot while I was waiting on my order, but seriously while he was making my order how many times did he pull at his pants possibly touching his underwear or worse. Got my order the whip cream was oozing out of the side, no sugar at all in any kind of way. I was so upset, I would gave taken it back but the traffic to get out of the drive way was crazy. I called to complain and got a manager that was helping out but no willing to help me the customer out imagine that… lol. Very disappointed

I know someone that works at a different location and her snapchat is constantly videos of her and coworkers taking smoke breaks. With that’s being said that’s why I always choose Starbucks. (I know that’s silly but at DD I see the workers always smoking)
This morning I wasn’t able to make it to Starbucks so I went to the Dunkin Donuts by my job… I attached a photo showing exactly what I saw when I went to the pick up counter inside… It was absolutely disgusting. Half smoked cigarettes, jackets, employee drinks, packs of cigarettes, and lighters sitting on the pick up counter. I will NEVER suggest this DD or any other for that matter. I’m sure they are not all this terrible but my experience here was awful!

This location is a bit difficult to get in and out of, but if you are heading uptown from Matthews, it makes for a quick stop for some coffee and some Munchkins (the small donuts, not the Lollipop Guild).
The ice cream is no longer here — this is just donuts and coffee now… and K-​cups for those with a Keurig and a design for DD coffees. According to my mother, they got rid of the Baskin Robbins portion and turned that into a nice seating area with a cushy sofa and some chairs.
June’s (2014) flavor of the month was Blueberry Cobbler, which my mom was in need of, so we stopped on a weekday for some coffee and donuts. She ooh’ed and aah’ed over her fresh tasty donut and her iced coffee. I got a box of Munchkins and an iced coffee, which were all tasty.
It was an average DD, so really a 3-​star, but the young man that assisted us was VERY helpful and extremely friendly. If in the area again, I would definitely return.

I [heart] Dunkin’ Donuts Coffee. I’m sure the love may fade, but the coffee has really hit the spot for me in the past couple of weeks.
The only other thing I’ve tried at this location is the icecream and with Baskin Robbin’s 31 flavors, you can’t really go wrong.
This location is a bit tucked away from Independence and is really catered toward the drive thru. Make sure if you are walking into this place you look right and left so that you don’t get flattened by drivers that haven’t had their coffee yet.

Service was good but definitely don’t order a bagel especially if you are used to having one at City Deli or Bruegger’s. Ice Cream was yummy.
